Terrible service, one of the staff took it out on a trainee for something she most likely wasn’t taught. The person who was in charge was completely disrespectful and impatient. Conclusion of the story, don’t take it out on a trainee for making a mistake. Refunded my stuff and bought elsewhere, don’t buy anything here.

Went there to buy Mason jars (Bernardin, to be exact). The use of the interactive screen at the entrance of the store to locate items is surprisingly efficient and easy to use.I got what I was looking for and this stuff was very nice.10/10

Fast checkout and has the biggest selection in my opinion of the 2 in the immediate area

Staff there was decently nice. I had stopped by late at night and instead of trying to help us find what we needed for the next day, they were trying to rush us out of the building. In the end, we got our sleeping bags but it wasn't the best experience ever.

Waiting for s filter for almost 30 min in parts desk, and they have not the filter

Do NOT go here - They are crooks.I came by for an oil change which took about 2 hours to do. I paid close attention to what the mechanic was doing with my car - he checked the tires, battery and then began to change the oil which was all done within 45 minutes. Afterwards - the car just stayed there while he fumbled with other tires. I waited for another 45 minutes until the service desk called my name and told me that my rear brakes needed to be changed. This was highly suspicious as one - the mechanic never removed my rear tires to actually inspect the brakes and two I got all four brakes changed in January. He proceeded to go on about how its very dangerous and Im putting myself and others at risk. I still declined the offer and they gave my car about 15 minutes later. To have a peace of my mind - I took my car to my original garage I got my brakes changed in which they removed the tires infront of me and we inspected them. They are brand new and stil had grease on them from being in use. The folks at canadian tire not only lied to me in order to make buck of comission but also used fear tactics to try and get their way. This is completely unacceptable and also illegal - not only will I never come here again and neither should you - I will never step foot at a canadian tire garage for as Iong as I live.Thanks Canadian tire for wasting my time and stressing me out.
