Definitely not the place it was just 3 months ago. They have very recently fired all staff and brought in a completely new crew. Friendliness is not really an issue but the way it is run is. Before the big changeover there was always 2 staff on the floor at pretty much any given time and they could answer most questions quick and efficiently and without having to look it up. Now they only ever have 1 staff on working at a time (unless the other staff is just always hiding in the back) which just really blocks things up especially seeing as the last 3 times I went in store the staff seem to struggle with questions and even completing the checkout process. Now I understand that if they are indeed new hires and not just staff pulled from other stores in the city then yes there is obviously a learning curve however if that's the case then there needs to be a manager or some sort of trainer in the store on the floor working side by side with the new hires and not just hiding in the back tossing them in the flames. I have a pre-oder for the new ff16 but I was unable to use the store credit I have on my edge card towards the pre-order as the only staff there at the time didn't know how to do it. Will most likely cancel and go to different gamestop or even just go back to pnp games for all my stuff. They are farther but the staff there have been the same for years and not just months. Would have been a 4-5* before the mass firing but mass turnover killed it.

Amazing team!! I recently had an issue with a lost preorder, and once the issue was looked into, the District Manager, the store manager, and staff did the impossible. They fulfilled my preorder, despite the item being almost sold out nationwide. And, to further impress and go above and beyond - when I drove the 2 hours into the city to pick it up only to find the store closed due to a power outage - the manager physically transported the item to another nearby store, and I was able to go home with it. I cannot express how impressed I am with the level of customer service provided by these folks. I am a customer of this location for life.

This store has always been a treat to go to. I’ve frequented a handful of GameStops over the years. Regardless of how busy this store is when the staff are always friendly, happy to chat about games, fandoms and series. Never a dull moment when I visit, even met the owner this past Boxing Day they have a vast knowledge of some obscure games and despite the store being busy it was nice to see how genuinely excited every employee was to be working.Bonus: they take great care in making sure Pokémon cards never have damaged boxes. I really admire that.Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars.

The staff here are amazing. I have never had a bad experience. Every employee has made me feel welcome, listened to and special. And Gamestop itself has great deals and service.

Amazing place to go to. Been preordering some collector edition games and some other collectable stuff here and they always provide. Also want to mention the wonderful staffs and specially Zia for helping me with anything that I need. She will go above and beyond to provide with whatever that you need as much as she can. I just went to this location and I was lucky enough the be standing behind a really chatty Karen. The owner of this location was behind the counter, and I swear to god that was the most professional exchange ever, he handled that so amazingly!There is a reason I go to this location because all the workers there are so awesome! I just had to leave this review because I want everyone to know how awesome this location is!
