Went to get my screen fixed and also to get a cover for my Samsung. The guy who helped me was professional. Gave me a great deal and replaced the screen. Now phone works same as before. Would defo go there again.

I had a repair order with this store through Roger's and their device protection plan. Called the store the first time and they immediately suggested I go to a different location as they didn't have the part. The rep later said he'd order the part and call me the next day and was about to hang up without even asking me my name or my phone model or anything at all???? Not sure what part he was going to order without any information at all? Lol. After I provide my details and phone model he says he'll call me back. A week goes by with no call so I phone the store back and again the rep says no parts and I should go somewhere else. This is a Roger's repair order arranged to this store specifically which I fully explained to the Mobile Snap rep so I cant just simply go elsewhere. Not getting anywhere with Mobile Snap I go back to Roger's who apologized for the poor service from mobile snap and are now sending me a complete new replacement phone. So based on this experience I would not recommend Mobile Snap for anything. I would however completely recommend Roger's.

I had a very positive experience using Mobile snap's service. My iPhone screen was destroyed and they were able to do the repairs at a very reasonable cost and, on my schedule. The phone looks new again and I can finally use the entire screen! Would recommend for anyone looking for fast, local, professional, and affordable phone repair!!would highly recommend

I recently dealt with another store close to where I live in Surrey, to activate 6 lines which I was moving from Bell to Lucky. Unfortunately, when I took the SIM cards to install in my parents phone one of the SIMs was defective and in a panic I did a google search for Lucky stores / providers in Tawassen and happened to find Mobile Snap! I called and spoke to Zoaib and he was honest and told me that they do only new activations for Lucky and sell the SIM cards for $10. I thanked him and just as I was about to hang up he told me to go buy a new SIM card from Dollarama and then call Lucky Mobile customer service and they would help switch the sim number tied to my mum’s account (as the one I had purchase elsewhere was defective).I thanked him for the info and drove to the Dollarama and purchased a new sim for $4 and then called Lucky mobile customer service who refused to help me since my service was only activated 2 days ago and asked me to go into a Lucky mobile store and have them call them to fix things.I called Zoaib again and explained the situation and without hesitation he asked me to come over as I was closeby. I went to his store immediately and he got in touch with the owner of the store on the phone who had more knowledge (as they recently started selling Lucky SIM cards) and Sahil the owner was able to help me over the phone and when I inserted the new sim I had purchased from Dollarama it worked and my mums phone now had service!!I was so grateful them going above and beyond when they could have easily said not my problem as I didn’t even purchase the new SIM card from them...I needed a new cable for my dads Samsung tablet and I purchased one from them as they carried the same and I was able to kill two birds with one stone!What an amazing experience and I highly recommend these guys. Forget all the negative reviews on here... these guys are honest and trustworthy in my humble opinion and if I need any accessories I will only purchase it from them in the future if I am in that area!Please go and see them! I received really great service here. I had a dirty charging port and the technician spent a lot of time cleaning it out and now the charging port is back working. They charged a really low price borderline that was borderline amazing. I'll be back the next time I need someone to look at my phone.

What a great experience! I went in with my husband's unusual model of android phone. One of the sim card gates was broken and it was having problems with a faulty SD card.On my own phone the screen protector was broken. My case was falling apart.The gentleman there was very helpful and the price for everything was quite reasonable!Thanks Mobile Snap for great customer service.

Highly recommended! Great customer service, repaired my phone within 15 minutes. They pretty much know what they are doing, honest guy goes out of his way to help his customers. Will be coming back for sure

Very good overall service aspecially with mobile repairing, Customer service was really good and promised was fulfilled well. they fixed my cell phone in no time while I was done shopping. Mobile covers are worth the price I took a hard case cover for my S10+ it's been 4 months and running really good without even fading a bit.
