TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!I went there to get my acrylic nails removed due to Paris nails being booked, the lady at the front didn’t even acknowledge me and then rushed to cut my nails off which HURT! she pushed me off to another worker and the lady rushed to remove the nail by PULLING THEM OUT with another fake nail instead of using the soaking method. I was in extreme pain and even now cannot wash my hands without having lots of pain. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and was charged $29 for the removal of 8 nails which were halfway off to begin with and the lady insisted I tipped!!! This was the worst experience in my life and they should be shut down especially considering that they do not care for peoples well being and general health and safety!

The absolute worse! I got my eyebrows done and I have thick eyebrows I literally just wanted cleaning, the lady made them so thin and when I told her about it she was like no they’re okay. She just gave me the paying machine and said it’s fine. Like if you’re not trained or licensed to do something then DONT do it. Someone really needs to check if this place is legit.

worst set of nails ive ever gotten. the acrylic was so unbelievably bumpy even after they drilled and filed it. the french tip was extremely lazy, they just painted half the nail with polish and wiped it off with acetone but theyre all uneven. theres nail glue all over my fingers, they cut my nails so short and barely gave a correct manicure. i paid $90 CAD for absolute garbage. if i could give negative stars, i would.

I went here for a gel polish pedicure and I had a nice gentleman do my pedicure. He did a great job! My polish application was perfect! I have no complaints, I definitely recommend. I wish I had gotten his name so I know who to ask for next time.

very disappointing experience. They were not at all professional while doing manicure and pedicure as they kept hurrying and even after paying hefty for shellac it is ripping after 1 week .

If there was option for zero star, i will do that, i did ombre refill, i asked twice. She said it will be 45 for normal color and 55 for ombre refill, she charged me 80 doller with tax, she said it was 65 instead of 55, even i confirmed twice with her before my nails, worst experience. Never coming back. They overcharge, i dont knew they had this much bad reviews before visiting them.

I paid $118 for this..they can’t even file the nails properly. Worst service ever, stay away from this place..if you want to get your nails done at bramalea city centre go upstairs.
