Gave us an estimate and an estimated timeline of when the work could be completed once we gave them the go ahead.5 phone calls and 2 months later, they dont even have the decency to call back.Thank you for delaying my project, stay away from these guys, an honest person would at least call back and say they cant do it/have staffing shortages.Not completely ignore you.

Disappointing customer service. I received a project quote on July 16th. In the 6 weeks that followed I have called 3 times and sent 5 emails to book the work in. Each time the lady at the office says she would have the Estimator call me. No calls. I continue to follow up and get the same answer, “I will have the Estimator contact you”. Still, zero response or acknowledgment. I eventually gave the contract to a different company. I would not recommend Rumball.
