The most garbage McDonald’s. Employees are useless, whoever manages the drive thru needs help. They only take orders from one side and let the cars on the other side just sit there for at least 30 minutes. It’s supposed to go turn by turn and I don’t think that’s a hard concept to grasp. Why have a merging drive thru if you only help one side? Literally the only McDonald’s whose employees don’t understand the concept of turn by turn and merging clearly.

If I could give this McDonald’s 0 stars I would. I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for years but they’ve gone downhill with their new recent hires/employees. A few weeks ago they gave me an incorrect order after I repeated it 3 times. It’s like they can’t understand. The next time, they gave me lukewarm coke. Today at approximately 7:06 PM I mobile ordered curbside pick up. After 20 minutes, no one came so I went inside as this never happens. An employee said they never got my order. How is that possible?! I double checked it was the correct restaurant which it was. the order went through the app and my credit card was charged. I went through drive thru because why should I dispute the charge on my credit card just give me my order lol how hard is it?. Then the girl in orange shirt at pick up window said they never got my order AGAIN. I said my credit card was charged..she then got her male co worker to talk to us. This male co worker starts talking to us right off the bat in Punjabi not even English. Imagine if I wasn’t punjabi, it was a bit surprising. they then made my order. 30 minutes after I placed my initial order while forgetting my sauces. We said we waited 30 minutes and the girl in the orange shirt said sorry and started giggling with the male co worker. Meanwhile they’re all socializing/laughing inside..

My niece just had her birthday party here today. The two female staff members they had went absolutely above and beyond with the kids, including playing with them and listening to them. We tried to help clean up and they stopped us. Absolutely amazing! Thank you guys again!

I usually order delivery through Skip the Dishes, they consistently forget to make the customizations to the order and frequently forget the drink that goes with my happy meal. Ordered a strawberry pie today, it was in the strawberry pie box, but it was an apple pie. I understand it's just fast food but I still expect to get what I ordered. #frustrated

i ordered drive thru, everything bagel with cc. first of all i waited for one bagel for about 15-20 mins, and when i got it, it was totally burnt, they didn't provide the receipt in bag. very poor service, not sure why they do this to there customers.

I will never buy French vanilla at McDonald ever again. It taste liken gas station coffee. The apple pie were not fresh, and burnt. I’m too embarrassed to exchange it to something I can actually eat. The staff only cares about the speed but not the quality of the food. Waste of hard earn money.

Manager is rude, as long you are not employe of this store. And store was barely busy and lobby was empty but the sitting area was not even cleaned, i mean this is not the place you r supposed to be eating.

My husband and I have been going to this place almost everyday for more than 5 days to get coffees before work at 3:30am. We pull over at the drive thru and they would say hi but once we tell them our order, they would tell us that they don't do service at the moment. Every. single. time! but when we go around, you see their employees sitting down, chatting and some are mopping. Drive thru is definitely not open 24hrs

Pretty clean and new place. The decorations on the walls are also pretty cool. Ordered sundaes for my kids using mobile app and the service prompt. I wish there were more softer seating like a sofa but it is pretty spacious with a lot of seating. The play place is also good. The seating could be improved as there is lot of open space but seating is cramped on one side. Would like to go there again as my kids liked it.
