Pet Grooming Studio

This was my first time using Pet Grooming Studio. I read all the reviews, even the bad ones. Was greeted by Micka very pleasant. When I went to pick up Isabella I was overjoyed with the results. I told her exactly what I wanted and she accomplished it. It took just over an hour and the price was absolutely reasonable. I told her that I would be there again. I would recommend this groomer to anyone. I have used this groomer 3 times now and have been very happy with the results

My dog is quite fussy and the groomers at this shop handled him effortlessly. My dog always come back looking fresh and clean.The groomer is also very knowledgeable about pet care and often recommends me products to me outside of their offerings.

I have been taking my dog for a full grooming appointment for over a year. They are very professional and friendly, Highly recommended.

I've been taking my 2 dogs (long haired chihuahua & pomchi - pomeranian-long haired chihuahua mix) to Pet Grooming Studio monthly for a year now and I am so happy to have found them. Gizmo and Bear are never afraid to stay to get groomed and are happy campers when I pick them up. They do a fantastic job and the price is reasonable - especially for someone who has 2 dogs. Although there are groomers closer to me, I am happy to make the effort of driving a little so that my boys are taken care of.

The Pet Grooming Studio is always very attentive to my dogs' needs.I would highly recommend them to anyone who really cares about their dog.They are always pleasant and my dog is always happy to be there.

Pet Grooming Studio did an excellent job on our dog, Halpert. They were friendly and patient with him and did a great job with his haircut! Halpert thoroughly enjoyed his visit, too!

I was so happy to have found this studio 2 years ago. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. After the first few grooming sessions we were able to work out the best cut and style for my dog and I have been happy with the ongoing results ever since. They provide feedback and offer suggestions on hygiene care and areas to focus on at home between grooming sessions. I would recommend their grooming services, especially if you are in the Richmond Hill area!

I've been going to the Studio with my standard poodle, Luna since 2021.the groomers consistently do a beautiful job. She loves going there. They honour our requests about the style of the clip. Thanks for great service and taking such good care of our Luna.

Dangerously terrible. This place and the intelligence of some of their workers is of such low quality it can cause harm to your pet. We took our senior dog and asked for a hair cut. The instruction was to cut the hair very short. An hour after when went to pick up our dog we faced horror. They had shaved the dog, head toe, face, ears, the tail to such short length all the undercoating is 100% gone. The extent of the damage is so much the vet said he can get sick and the groomer was not allowed to cut the undercoat even if they had misunderstood the request. I strongly advise everyone to avoid giving their loved pet to this amateur poorly operated brain-less place. I will use all my access to influential accounts on social media including on facebook and instagram to make sure all pet owners in the area hear this story. I also will consider suing this place. Absolutely terrible. See pictures before and after. Unbelievable. This type of damage should be penalized.
