Should be a 10 Star rating if possible. Great communication, promptness and the end-result was better than expected. I had a table that needed assembly. I advised Ivan that I was not sure that I had all parts / hardware etc. Ivan and his team just got to work and amazingly within 2 hours had my table set-up, levelled and ready to play. He and his team were friendly, polite, very professional and present-able. Such a knowledgeable professional who, with the problems I thought I had with the table, Ivan brought the solutions. Outstanding results!

Ivan and his partner were very professional and efficient. He gave us some great advice and we are loving our pool table so far. Prices are also reasonable. I would definitely retain his services for anything else needed in the future, I.e.disassembling or moving services. Keep up the great work!

Recently moved my pool table from Vaughan to Midland and couldn't be happier with the service. The team of movers was top-notch, profession and fast. They treated my table with care, kept me updated throughout the move, and had it set up perfect at the new place. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a smooth and stress-free pool table move.

Northplayer guys did an amazing job moving my pool table. They were on time, real polite and had a great attitude. They took all the pieces and moved it across town without a scratch! They worked real hard for several hours installing, leveling and putting on a fresh felt. Now, the table looks beautiful and plays like a dream, no seams showing or any puckering of the felt. I highly recommend these guys for any pool table moving job!

We are so happy with the service from Ivan at North Player. We hired Ivan to install a new cloth on our pool table. He was quick to answer all my questions prior to install. We were very impressed with Ivan's skill and knowledge on replacing the cloth. He not only replaced the cloth but re-leveled the table and fixed the slate. He is very attentive to all the details. The table looks brand new!! We are very pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend him.

I had an amazing experience with North Player! Form the moment I talked to the owners, I could tell that they were true pros who know everything about pool tables. They were so friendly and easy to talk to, and they answered all of my questions with ease. When it come time to install the table, they did it with zero fuss and got it perfectly levelled, even though my garage had a huge elevation difference. They even gave me detailed care instructions, so I can keep my new table in top condition. Overall, I'm so glad I found them!

Ivan and his team did a great job putting our new beautiful pool table together. We got it from Wayfair just a cople of days ago and tried to install it ourselves. Luckily we didn’t damage anything, and the guys helped us do it right. The table looks great! Thanks again!

Hired Ivan for a pool table move. He we very courteous and professional with great communication. He even took the extra time to suggest a different positioning for the table which worked out much better than the position we originally had. Thank you Ivan for the great experience.
