Amazing service, free next day delivery, and quick installation! Went in and bought a refurbished washer & dryer for a fantastic price. The salesmen couldn't have been better! He was informative, honest, and not pushy at all. They scheduled me for the next day delivery (while big chain stores were about 2-3 months delivery), and came in the morning and installed it within 10 minutes. The men installing the machines were very friendly and informative on how to set up the machine and how to avoid any potential issues with the hook ups. Overall 10/10 experience! Will definitely be going back in the future for appliance needs.

No issues with Alpha’s , however we purchased a Maytag range year and half ago and had problems with it(thermostat and oven burner). Will never buy another Maytag product again, quality control is poor.

Super friendly and knowledgeable service.We bought a new washer and dryer combo here. The gentlemen that helped us was super friendly, very honest and knew his stuff.The place is nice and open and carries enough to satisfy customer's needs without overwhelming them with 100 similar looking but slightly different appliance.They delivered and installed our new appliances the very next day for a very reasonable cost and even took away our old and defective ones.We are definitely going to buy or next appliances here.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Roland this week in buying a new refrigerator. He very well may be the best salesperson I have ever met, and an absolute gem of a guy. He was able to figure me out within seconds, helped me find what I needed, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I thanked him for making the process (which I normally do not enjoy) as quick and painless as possible.Give this man a raise!

They responded to phone calls, have knowledgeable staff and instead of a 2 week wait like the box stores, my fridge was delivered within a day by very polite and courteous delivery people.Skip the box stores and give Alpha's Appliance Solutions a serious go!!!

This is a great place to purchase appliances. The prices are comparable to other stores and the friendly and knowledgeable staff are exceptional. Delivery charges are the best in town and I should know as I checked out and compared 5 appliance stores.

I've gone in a few times for replacement parts over the years for my washer and dryer. The parts counter staff is always eager to help. They tested the part I brought with me, advised me how to troubleshoot my problem and sold me the correct part I needed for my 25 year old dryer. The price of the replacement part was less than I expected. The staff was super helpful, they had the part I needed in stock. Overall, an excellent experience. 10/10, would recommend.

Superior service from the get go. Gilles was an encyclopedia of information. Patient and thorough. We bought a new washer and dryer and had to have the the old ones taken out. Bob and Aaron did an amazing job. There was a barrier on the stairs (stairlift) that I felt might make the move hard but these guys did it in good spirits without complaining. We are now lifetime customers of Alpha.
