I recently hired Vivah Tents for my sons outdoor engagement, and I couldn't be happier with their services. The setup was beautiful and everything was very clean. In the beginning we were 50/50 if the turnout of an ourdoor engagement would replicate the feeling of a hall. I can strongly say that this was the best decision we made as a family to do such an event outdoors, it was just truly amazing. From the moment i reached out and spoke with Shermila i knew i could leave it in her hands and not have any worries. As a mother planning her sons wedding it is very stressful but they made it very easy for me. I highly recommend Vivah Tents for all your outdoor event needs, thanks again!

AVOID THIS VENDOR! I booked 2 tents for my wedding last year and they did NOT show up the date it was booked. I called AJAY almost 10 times, no response, until I got a hold of a lady who said “she’ll figure it out”. I am rightfully upset given my event was the in the morning and at that point it’s 9pm. She goes, “this is outside of our business hours so be glad I am talking to you”. You didn’t even set up my tents/chairs WITHIN business hours. She hung up on the phone with me and said they won’t be “servicing” me anymore.Next morning someone rings my doorbell at 6am. It’s vivah tents saying they’re here for tent setup. At that point, I already put up an old tent and made do with what I had at home. So I refused, given no one told me they were coming, let alone at 6am.At that point, they were going to leave without giving my deposit back, EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT DELIVER THEIR CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. We went back and forth for 30 mins, and they finally gave the deposit back.That’s all to say, this “company” is not professional, not well managed, and do not care about customer satisfaction. They are only in it for the money and it shows. On their Instagram story they wrote “please pay attention to the end date of your rental agreement….just as you want your set up on time so does our next client”. I find that interesting because they did not even set it up on time for me.AVOID AVOID AVOID - there may be smaller and better tent businesses than Vivah for you.EDIT: editing this review based on Vivah Tents' response. My booking is under a family member's name, and I do not need to send a contract to anyone given my wedding was a year ago and they failed to deliver their services back then. Second, my account was not created a few days prior to making the review; I have reviews from over a year ago, and will be reviewing other wedding vendors as well. Third, my contract was definitely with Vivah Tents, and not Ajay alone. Anyways, this is my review of a wedding vendor and others may have a different experience, which is valid.
