I ordered three things plus a drink. I received one item twice and then the other item. Consequently I did not get the third item because they duplicated one of the cheaper items, and it wasn't worth going through the drive-through to get either the difference that they owed me in money or the item.

Worst customer service ever, they completely messed up the order, items missing, burrito made with just beans no cheese or beef I would never recommend this location it’s worth it to drive up to Walpole if you want Taco Bell’s done right

The slowest taco bell there's ever been. There's no place to pull out if you decide you can't wait 45 minutes for a microwaved quesadilla. I was excited to have a taco bell near me but the 3 times I've gone I've waited a half hour, 45 minutes, and now have been in line for 50 minutes and still have 3 cars ahead of me to get food

Waited in line for an hour and a half. 50 min in we got to the window 10 min before closing and they took our order. Then had to wait 30 min to get from the speaker to the window (only like 2 cars ahead of us). They then proceeded to tell us they didn’t have our order (it’s like 15 minutes after they closed by now). We would’ve left a long time ago, but the design of the drive-thru makes it so you’re trapped in. There was still more than 5 cars behind us at this point. All trapped. Why take orders? Ridiculous

Absolutely terrible service. 15 minute wait for 4 cars at the drive thru and EVERY ITEM WAS WRONG. Burrito had sour cream when it was specifically asked for none. Ordered and paid for 2 tacos and only got one. Even the sauce was not what I ordered. Complete ripoff, lunch ruined. Unacceptable... Never going here again!

Worst service. Waited in line for 20 mins then the cashier tells us if we have a car to go somewhere else? They were under staffed and bunch of people waiting in line for their orders.

Amazing, dedicated team working here! NUMBER ONE LOCATION. Fast, polite, professional. Take out or dine in. Verrry clean. Dining area and kitchen, bathroom. Top notch customer service both by managers and staff. If an order is not just right, they correct it quickly. Occasionally dining area closes early due to labor shortage issues. Always a pleasure. I can go on and on about the service and how they lied to me dead in my face saying I can't place and order inside and that I'll have to use drive thru, yet still as I'm in the line at the drive thru I'm noticing they are taking orders and serving other folks. I'm not trying to play the racist card, but all the other folks they started to serve was white. Smh.. Food wasn't that good either and they had like 5-7 folks in the back moving slower than my grandad smh. This story definitely needs some attention.

I'll GET MY $25.09 BACK AND GET MY 4 CHEESE GORDIA'S AND MASSACHUSETTS FOOD INSPECTOR WHERE A FRIEND WORKS WILL BE MADE AWARE OF THIS... SOMETIMES IN LIFE PEOPLE DON'T WHO PEOPLE KNOW.. WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS..AND CALLED STORE 5 TIMES ONCE I WAS HUNG UP ON!!!!

Got a crunch wrap and it literally tasted like dish soap. This location needs either new staff or more training as I have noticed this one constantly puts out low quality food and the workers have a horrible attitude.
