I reached out to JR appliances for my oven and was able to be scheduled within a few days. Taj came today and was fantastic to work with. He is very professional and clearly knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem and had a new part that he replaced during our appointment. He is transparent and fair in his pricing. It was a pleasure working with him and I will be calling him for all of my future appliance repairs
