These guys are completely incompetent, we’re not helpful in the least. I couldn’t stress parking outside enough; a place where they don’t charge you for parking in which your vehicle is locked in, took my money as well. Nobody could tell me how to get access to my car which was immobilized. Will never use PreciseParking. More like Chaos-Parking.

I paid for parking and needed to add more time, however the meter in the lot would not allow me to add time until expired. I was unable to get back before the time expired due to being in a meeting and was issued a ticket.I disputed the ticket and pointed out the fact that there was an equipment issue and that I had attempted to extend the parking. car got broken into, theres a security cam, 48 hours later precise still hasnt sent me footage so i can give it to the cops.and they cant understand what i just wrote based on their response.
