I bought my first Rolex here and couldn't be happier. The owner Paul and associate Dawn were both very helpful. These are hard watches to come by right now and so I've dealt with a lot of dealers over the past few weeks and D.C. Taylor is one of the better ones for sure. My closest dealers are Cambridge and London but their customer service was unacceptable. It was well worth the drive to Collingwood! Very happy with my purchase.

I had a great experience shopping at this store for my wife’s first Rolex. Paul the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in and did the paperwork while my wife waited in the car with our twin girls. My wife then went in to get the watch sized. Paul walked my wife back to the car when they were done and took the time to chat with us for a few minutes. The experience felt more genuine then what you get in the GTA. This is a very cute store with a small town feel. Keep up the great work! I hope to do all my Rolex and Jewelry shopping at DC Taylor’s going forwards.

I purchased a replacement diamond for my wife's engagement ring here after she lost it. Instead of going back to jeweler in the city where I purchased the original, I thought I would buy locally. Big mistake!!! The diamond was fine, although in the weeks after the band unfortunately broke near the clasp. They sent it out " meaning to there other store in Owen sound to souter it for us. We waited 6 WEEKS and had to contact them to see when we would get it back. They emailed us the next day to come pick it up ????Anyways

They went above and beyond. A very nice lady helped me pick out the perfect gift for my girlfriend. I wanted to think about it and left. When I returned it had already been sold by another salesperson. But they were able to bring in another one the next day (the day before Christmas and in a blizzard!)Will be back!
