Chris and Scott installed a new furnace and heat pump in one day on June 1st. Amazing work ethic and attention to detail. Took away all old equipment and left extremely clean work areas. Would highly recommend them!A credit to their company!

We were using an awesome local mechanical guy for our residential heating and water system service needs, but sadly, he decided to move to New Brunswick. Before he moved he gave us a very solid recommendation for Chris Marshall, one of The Shock Doctors' heating and cooling guys. We decided to convert our basement slab heat from water to glycol and have Chris look at a couple of other things while he was here also. We are spectacularly satisfied with all of the work performed. Chris is a great communicator, ... he always showed up when he said he was going to or if there was a delay for some reason, he called ahead of time to make sure he kept us updated. He was booked to be at our place early one Monday morning but he gave me a call that Sunday evening asking if we minded him taking care of a no heat" emergency customer first before doing our job! The shock doctors were so helpful on getting the two hydro meters switched to one quickly and efficiently. We called they came gave us a quote and it was done within a couple weeks, Scott was so helpful definitely will be using them again for all future electrical needs.

This company is special and by that I mean the quality of their work and the excellent customer service they provide. We had Chad at our house on Wednesday for our yearly home inspection (highly recommend this service) and Chad is always on time, courteous, hard working. This is not a service call you dread these people put you at ease and fix any issues you might have. Shout out to Laura in the office who is always accommodating and very professional.

Thank you Scott for replacing my surge protector and upgrading my kitchen pot lights, plus adding one. This company has always been a favorite of mine. They are skilled, knowledgeable, have excellent public relation skills, on time for an appointment and have a good sense of humor.

Great experience. Got someone to the house within 36 hours (scored a cancellation spot). Receptionist was lovely on the phone and Chad was super professional and personable when he came to the house. I did find the service rather expensive (almost $500 to diagnose 1 and switch 2 3-way switches to smart switches) , but it was great quality and everything was cleaned up after! I would definitely use Shock Doctors again if I find myself needing an electrician!
