Trash!!! Absolutely! We used to always get the combo 1, the chicken used to be very well grilled but this time, not only was it literally grey in color, it was undercooked, it smelled so bad and tasted worse! The chicken was barely even the portion for two bites and rather it was stuffed with rice, altogether worst experience ever! The raw, uncooked, smelly chicken shocked us. Never getting it again.

Orders were not taken seriously enough. The manager was rude, provided inefficient service, got the order wrong, ALL while violating safety regulations. No use of gloves were made to prepare the food, the garbage in the back was visible from the front and it DID NOT look good, cancelled my order and left.

I visited this place the employees and the manger were continuously talking i waited there for about 1 minutes they didn’t take my order I asked twice can i place the order , they ignored me , same thing happened with my friend too she waited for 15 mints they was no customer , she asked for manger they started arguing with her and yelling at her. I suggest never visit this restaurant.

Manager was rude to his staff, gave me a wrap that was wrapped poorly (paper was stuck to the wrap) the manager threw the wrap in the garbage, then decided to take it would and try to rewrap it to give it back to me. Horrible staff, would do anything to save a little money and scam the customer. Also, no respect is given to the customer. Would never recommend to anyone, I found this very disgusting.

Food is OK but they try to rip you off, Last time I went in I ordered double kebob with fries, then when I go to pay price was higher than advertised and when I asked why he said he made it double fries". I said I just want fries idk what double fries is he took out some fries with his hand from inside the food then lowered the price..I used to go there sometimes but after that I never ate there again"

Just had a half chicken, rice and salad. The food was delish! It was freshly made and seasoned nicely. Server prepared the food following good hygiene practices. Thanks for a nice meal! I plan to return to this restaurant when I’m looking for a healthy and clean chicken dinner.

I usually enjoy galitos a lot but this weekend I visited this location and was very disappointed. I ordered the combo 1 and the chicken was NOT cooked thoroughly, was very chewy and had tendons. I couldn’t even finish the chicken and just ate the rice. I would not recommend this location at all. Once again very disappointed

The excellent meal here. My colleague had combo-1, whereas I had a shish kebab. Everything on the menu is perfectly described by the staff, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I advise everyone to try a shish kebab.

Tasty food and really great pricing for the quantity (and even better if you pay cash!). I usually get the stuff that reminds me of Portuguese chicken, the round potatoes and grilled chicken and veggies. I like their sauces a lot better, and their yellow rice and grilled garlic bread is pretty great too!They also have a freezer full of kulfi, which I will probably investigate in the summer, as well as a good juice selection including mango juice.Staff is friendly even during the rush.

Very bad experiences, Manager is very rude even with his staff members. Respect others, and respect your staff. Dirty ambience, they don’t even wear gloves while preparing orders, zero cleanliness and worst customer service.
