The service person was amazing. I have used them twice, incredible service and technician both times. Forgot the name of the person on the first visit, but Eugeuni was here on the second visit. he was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable. Eugeuni went above and beyond to help me out. Even repaired things that I did not ask for, at no charge. Both technicians a assets to the Napoleon Appliance repair company. I strongly recommend this company for all your appliance repairs. Eugueni was very quick to answer our call when our fridge stopped cooling. He scheduled a visit the next day to inspect and even had the parts to repair our fridge that same day! He had our fridge up and running within an hour… we could not be happier with the service.Thanks Eugueni!

Eugueni was quick and efficient. Arrived on time and got the job done! He even vacuumed the carpet afterward to clean up the lint that had fallen from the dryer. Great service. Would recommend!

My 20 year old fridge broke down on a Saturday afternoon - Euguenie was able to assess it the next morning, ordered a part from Toronto, and had it up and running by Wednesday morning. He was very pleasant and conscientious,and I would definitely use his services again. The cost was more than reasonable.

My 9 y.o. samsung fridge was broken. I called the company, and Eugene to diagnose, free of charge, 1 hour later. Eugene was able to diagnose the issue promptly and told me it's not worth fixing the compressor as the Samsung compressor is not reliable especially since I don't have the warranty and it's expensive to fix. I appreciate his honest professional suggestion.

Won’t give a quote without home visit which they charge for. Apparently every repair company does this - do yourself a favour, if your appliance is over 7 years old just buy a new one - and don’t buy from BadBoy they’ll take your money with no stock and just ghost you. Note it’s the repair industry that needs to change. If a company won’t give you the time of day without being guilted into giving them money - and everyone does it - the industry is broken.
