Owner is very helpful, likely because he knows he will pad his bill later!He located a hard to find part for me after quoting me a price. When I arrived to pick up, the price had magically risen by 20%.Asked about the over the phone quote, he denied having quoted it. He knows you're in a tough position and happily takes advantage of it.My bad though; get everything in writing from this guy.

Horrid store! Avoid at all costs.If you take in for an estimate they will repair it without your consent and then refuse to give you product back. Scam artists! Bad reviews on the BBB also. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS PLACE!!

Matthew knows his stuff. He gave us some options for repair, and ultimately helped us make a decision to buy new. We love the choice, and feel good that we spent the money to get a vacuum that will last.He offered us grapes and walked us to the door. When we got home we noticed a part was missing some screws, we returned the next day and he promptly exchanged it.Good local business, worth supporting.

The perisan guy is trying to oversell you whatever he can sell without any reason. He picked up our central vac from our home and was only supposed to service the vacuum, came back with a $300 bill and the low voltage hose switch does not work anymore. He claims it never worked before - what a jerk!! We refused to pay and asked him to return it in the state it was before and he took the machine with him as a hold back.Where are the manners and professionality of this owner. DO NOT SHOP THERE, UNLESS YOU LIKE HEADACHES AND YELLING!If google would allow negative stars I would give him a minus 5 star rating.

Owner was fantastic - got me set up with a replacement hose (with cover) and vacuum head in about 20 min as I was in a hurry. Brought everything out to my car for me and even gave my dog a pet before heading back into the store. Great service!

I asked for a price for two filters for my vacuum to decide if I wanted to buy them there or somewhere else on Monday. By Wednesday morning he had called me 13 times (7 of which were before 7:30 am), this was not good customer service, this was borderline harassment.He tried to upsell me immediately and when I said I only needed one filter he told me they were hard to find (available on Amazon or Canadian tire). I told him I just wanted a price so I knew where to buy (doing my best to support a local business).When I did call him back , there was no answer (during business hours). I walked to the store and it was closed at 10:30 on a Wednesday. I called the other number and he said he would be there in 15 mins.When I confronted him about the numerous calls and inappropriate times he asked me why I never answered my phone. I told him I have two children and I’m busy and the whole point of voicemail is that I don’t have to answer my phone.So not only did he not get a price, then order the product, he ordered it and expected me to pay for it. Then he critiqued how dirty my old ones were.I won’t be going back here ever again.

Owner does not stand behind the products he sells. Does not honour warranty on products.I also believe I saw my old vacuum on the shelf for sale after he told me it was not repairable, which is what led me to purchase a new one from him.We recommend not shopping here. We regret spending our $400 yet at the time we were trying to assist small, local businesses struggling after Covid

Very disappointed! Tried to support a local business, but received a poor product and terrible service.First took our Dyson to him for a quote on repair. He said it would be $125 if it just needed cleaning. Go back and he said he can't get part to fix it but it will be $125 since he cleaned it first!He was willing to waive the fee if we bought a vacuum from him. We bought a $400 Simplicity S20. Seemed ok, but then after a few uses, the belt broke. Simplicity was hard to get a hold of and then said the belt would be covered and just go to the store to have it replaced. The store owner argued it wasn't covered, but finally agreed to replace it, but he didn't have the exact belt. The one he gave us constantly smells like burning rubber and I took it apart and find it has caused damage to the roller now as well. While in the store we also saw a Dyson that looked like the one we brought in for sale... seems suspicious but could be a combination of other machines.Tried ordering new belt from Simplicity and their website says they are not able to ship to Canada at this time and the belt is twice as much now!!!Seriously, I'm going back to ordering from Amazon and Costco so I have real warranty and let the small Canadian retails die if they want do business like that.

They repaired our vaccum and did an excellent job. They also helped us understand how to service our vaccum, and had the necessary parts we needed, such as new bags, etc. Very friendly and supportive.

I have dealt with kings a few times and have always been extremely pleased. The service is fast and well done. Matthew is very friendly and helpful and takes great pride in his workmanship. I will recommend him to everyone.
