Excellent service!! I have used this business for 2 years now. Never a problem. I recently had a suspect defective print cartridge, and it was cheerfully replaced, free of charge. If you also consider that the cost of the ink cartridges are usually one third to one quarter the cost of ink cartridges ANYWHERE else... online or not...it's hard to ignore the value of this company for businesses and public alike in Victoria.

Two thumbs up! I have dealt with them for 17 years and their service is great. Ink doesn't have to drain the bank account. I save 50% on my ink costs because I use their Canon generic cartridges.

Riptide Computers has been excellent to do business with - we have used their services for many years in the Notary practice. A couple of times has seen us short on supplies, they went out of their way to ensure we were looked after and all other times they have provided great service. We will continue our relationship without hesitation.October 2019........3 years ago I wrote a review for the excellent service I have received from Riptide. Today, I still stand by my comments, their service has been excellent. Both Pam and Dave have been great to do business with.

Still the best place in town for toner and ink supplies, especially if you are looking for refurbished cartridges to help the environment! Easy to miss, although you can usually find street parking right there. Every office with a laserjet printer needs this place!

This is the best place in the city. Support local; they have been at it for years and know everything. The service is superb. I have bought my ink here for years and if you buy a printer from them they will provide service like no one else. Who else would set it all up, show you how to do the tricky stuff, and send you on your way with a promise you can call if you need? They even answer their phone! Forget online, just go to Riptide.
