We had an amazing time with Freida! She’s spacious, perfectly organized, and a loyal companion for any adventurer. The shower and water pressure was honesty better than most hotels we’ve stayed in and Angie from GetaVan did an amazing job ensuring Freida was fully equipped for any needs we may have - she’s seriously genius. This trip is definitely making us consider a switch to van life.Before the trip, Angie was prompt in responding, knowledgeable, and professional. We loved supporting a small business and the personalization that came along with it. We have already started brainstorming our next trip and how we can use GetaVan to get there. I am Spanish. I have travelled to Canada in March to spend the Spring Break holidays with my 16 year old daughter. We had never travelled in a Camper before, but we had been looking forward to it for a long time. I contacted Angie and everything was easy and she treated us wonderfully. The reality exceeded all my expectations. We spent 10 days touring Vancouver Island with Frieda and it was comfortable, easy and wonderful. Frieda has everything you could possibly need and is also very nice and cosy inside. It is very easy and intuitive to drive. Angie and Toni are approachable, responsive, positive and always available for any questions or problems that may arise. I could not have dreamed of a better trip. Totally recommended.

Everything was perfect ! The communication with Angie and Toni, their kindness, the van !We visited the Rockies mountains with the van, and it was incredible. The van was clean, well finished and very cosy.We leave it sadly, but the head full of memories!

Hands down one of the best experiences I have had. We hired one of their vans for the week and went over to Vancouver Island. The van was very clean when we picked up and Angie thoroughly went through everything on what to know about the van. Such a nice cosy layout and had all the equipment you can think of when hiring a van for your road trip. Would definitely recommend renting from Getavan as you are not only getting such great value for your money but also supporting a small family business.

The van was in super good shape and ready for our winter expedition. It is easy to drive and comfortable. If you plan to explore BC, I highly recommend. Thanks Angie for being available and adaptable (our plans changed due to unforeseen event and Angie worked with us to still make our trip happen). 5 stars all the way.

Our experience with Get a Van was top notch! The communication was timely, professional, and helpful. The van (Trudie) was well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. We had a fantastic trip and are already dreaming of our next adventure! We would rent again from Get a Van without hesitation. Absolutely perfect experience! My partner and I visited BC for the first time this summer and decided to do a road trip with the fantastic Trudie. We were beyond impressed with the care and creativity that Angie and Toni took to convert this home on wheels. It had everything we needed to make our 6 day adventure a safe and enjoyable one - bed is super comfy, kitchen is large with excellent counter space, shower and toilet work great, lots of storage which we needed as we flew in, and the CUTEST little accents that made us feel at home. The battery and water system worked perfectly - and so many device charging options! Above it all, Angie and Toni were super accommodating and communicative — we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. We will 100% rebook for future road trips. Thank you a million!

I wanted to rent a van to give myself an idea what vanlife" would be like as my job requires me to be on the road frequently and this might be a possible solution to a home away from home. It was a kismet to find Angie and Tony. I rented Trudie for 3 weeks in December in the lower mainland!! I am happy I committed to rent during the coldest time because it gave me a good idea of what I could be expecting in not so favorable conditions. The extra curtains kept the van insulated and the van furnace worked well. (I also had a heated blanket that made my sleeps comfortable hehehe). The stay is quite charming and I felt like I was venturing the "wild" in my own NY apartment.Angie was extremely thorough and the van is clean. It's a very reasonable price for what you are getting and despite being busy parents

My friend and I had the most epic journey during our 3 weeks roadtrip with the van Frieda. BC is so beautiful! And Frieda was really well equipped, super practical, with a good bed, lots of spaces and closets for storage, easy to drive! Angie and her husband were always happy to answer our questions, and a lot helpful before and during our stay in BC. Really nice family and so wonderful! Our stay wouldn't have been the same without you and Frieda. Don't hesitate to book with your vehicule with them!
