Louis Vuitton Hotel Vancouver

Purchased a bag from them a few months ago, had issues with the glazing on the side of the purse. Had to go to the store because they don’t receive calls or emails or any outside form of communication with the rest of the world. They said it was due to wear, even though I’ve only used the purse a few times and cared for it very well. The store manager is rude and curt and didn’t seem to care about my situation at all. She then asks me to pay $395 to fix my $3000 bag that I’ve used three times!! They don’t stand by the product they sell. The manager and sales people at this store give Louis Vuitton a horrible reputation!!!

Negative and infuriating experience. Ordered expensive sunglasses and turned out it was defective. LV would not honour the return. Very slow customer service. Do not recommend!

There were nice sales people but unfortunately I got paired with a rude Asian lady that thought I was window shopping or wasting her time and was trying to rush me/hurry me up. Every question I asked her she replied rudely… very unprofessional as I was trying to know more information about a particular product (ring jewelry)

This location is full con-artists and scammers. My boyfriend went in recently to get me a belt for my birthday and he had no problems or anything at the store thought he had a good experience and it was over. On my birthday he presented me with the belt which I loved! But after inspecting it I noticed a big stain on the back which was velvet. I asked him why it had a stain and he was confused and didn't think much of it he said oh it's on the back no one will notice don't worry it's not that big of a deal. Once I tried it on I realized I needed a bigger size so I went to the Louis Vuitton at Holt in Calgary and showed the lady the belt and told her I needed a bigger size, once she inspected she asked me why it had a stain? I told her it came like that and she was confused. She asked why the salesperson didn't notice it before giving it to him I said I wasn't sure but the lady could tell it wasn't worn and it was a gift so she let me exchange it. Once she brought me the new belt to show me what it should look like we also realized that none of the seals, foams and tags were on the original belt I got either. It was also given in the wrong box which was damaged. We came to the conclusion that this low life of a salesperson had sold my boyfriend a damaged display belt in full price!!!! I am so beyond enraged this is absolutely unacceptable coming from such a high end company. If you're looking to get what you paid for avoid this location!

There is a wait list for customer service, much like a restaurant, you have to place your name on to their iPad. This location is quite busy, so I suppose that’s a way to ensure customers get service. There is typically a wait but when they serve you, the service is very swift and friendly. The space is spacious. They have a lot of variety. Street parking. Lots of tourists visit this location. But beautiful bags.

Horrible customer service. Unhelpful and unprofessional staff. The woman who helped me was not knowledgeable about their own products. When I was asking her questions about the different bags she had no idea the different between leathers and lines of bags. I had more product knowledge than she did. The purse was pulled out from a drawer where they dump all their bags and the dust bag was all wrinkled. Then she charged me for a bag on my $4500 purchase. This seems ridiculous. The bag looked used too. I mean even Old Navy gives their bags for free. This is laughable.

When I phoned the local number of the store it automatically direct me to the customer care Center. I find them very unhelpful. I booked for virtual appointment and I never receive any call or email from them. What kind of a customer service you can provide? They advice me to come to the store personally for my inquiries to be addressed. For me, this is such a waste of a time. The service that they can provide to their clients is not even far way & beyond my expectation, such a disappointment. Next time, improve your service in a sense that your clients will be impress. This is utterly devastating and ridiculous when dealing with customer concerns. If you have any other place to buy better not in LV Vancouver. Waste of my time!

Came in to the store after going to the gym and no one came to greet or help me after being there for over 10 minutes. I had full intentions and the means of making a purchase here. Then a man and women all decked out in LV clothing walk in and guess what I hear “Heellllooooooooo!!!!! Welcome!!!!!!!!!!” “Is there anything I can help you find?” Be prepared to be judged by snobby staff that probably can’t even afford an LV keychain here themselves! Seriously this is ridiculous and discriminatory!

I had incredible service. First time in Louis Vuitton, all the staff were so welcoming and showed me around as I was a little lost. It was a fluid and enjoyable experience for a store. Recommend the experience and products!
