I'd give them zero if it was possible. After being promised equipment to pickup it's never available. This is the forth time and all you get is someone didn't bring it back and there's nothing they can do. Unbelievable.

Wish there was a lower rating than one (1) star as Stephensons in my opinion doesn't even deserve that. I booked a lawn dethatcher a FULL week prior to my need date in one of their Mississauga stores, as well accepted the delivery and pick up charges. The arrangement was they would call the day before the rental date to advise a drop off time the day before. Never got the CALL or MACHINE. Totally dropped the ball, agent I dealt with noticed the delivery was not made and didn’t bother to call. I HAD to call to find out I was out of luck on the machine. Great way to run a business!

A company wasting your time. Yesterday go In there is a chainsaw reserved. I can not do anything about it (someone is going to take this tool) and I reserved it for tomorrow. And left. The next day I be there 5 minutes early for the chainsaw rental. Guess what happened, the shopkeeper telling me called me already the tool is being rent out. What a liar and bs. None of those ppl called me. I went other place got the rental tool right the way. In these two cases, how come there are didn’t results. I’m asking myself why do I trust the Stephens rental why do I waste my own time.

The guys at the time of the pick up of the rental were good. The person at the time drop of was amazing. Because I rented the equipment for 24 hours and bought it back in 8 hours or so, he knocked a small percentage off.He was helpful and efficient.The paperwork is so much. Wish they made the rental agreement which is several pages long - digital. Does anyone read those, I wonder
