Quick, friendly service by phone and in person. Good prices. They even helped load my vehicle and were careful not to get it dirty.

Super happy with the product and service. Warren and Mark made everything super simple and answered all my questions promptly through the online portal and by phone. After our brief chat I decided to drop by to put in my order; it was too much weight for my car to handle even though I live 5 minutes away so I opted for delivery. 20 minutes after arriving home my order was delivered promptly. I haven't even gotten a pizza or Uber delivery that fast. Thank you!

Prompt delivery; they took a lot of time and care to maneuver away from the small shrubs and trees. Great quality soil. Will buy again

I can't say enough great things about Sutton's. Similar to another reviewer, we had trouble tracking down the patio stones we wanted and with one phone call to Sutton's, we had the order organized and arranged in no time at all. Both Mark and Warren were friendly and helpful with every question and request. Delivery was timely and professional, with a very reasonable charge (some of the other suppliers were trying to charge exorbitant fees, plus a $500 security deposit" - ridiculous!!).We came back to Sutton's recently for a sod order. The sod was of excellent quality

I have been using this location for the past decade ever since our family moved into the local area. Good prices, excellent service and selection. Very consistent experience, each and every time. Would highly recommend.

Meh. Pretty average place. It's nice if your in a pinch and need materials however their operations just don't make sense. We sent one of our staff members over there to pick up about $100 worth of materials. Since they don't take AMEX - our office phoned them with a credit card number. However the guy couldn't trust us and demanded we email a photo of the front and back of our credit card which is PCI NON-COMPLIANT - however they don't seem to take PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance seriously there. The whole process was far from ideal and I'd only use them again in a pinch.

Completely disorganised and unprofessional staff. Had to contact more than 5 times to get a simple order arranged and then had a TERRIBLE delivery experience. Despite having gone through delivery instructions in detail (1 way street / parking requirements etc), paying extra for special service and being told not to worry they: completely disregarded all instructions, didn't arrive in time window agreed, didn't even call to warn of delays, tried to leave without delivering, were rude, and then forgot to unload some of the items! Had to call office multiple times to notify of issues and missing items and they didn't attempt to resolve anything or apologise, just cancelled the forgotten items and the work crew on site lost a day unable to work.Updated to address complete lies in owners reply: I responded to every email promptly whilst the business never telephoned back or replied when they were supposed to leaving me to chase constantly. More importantly we also spoke for a long time (more than once!) about delivery requirements and timing so saying they didn't know is complete and utter nonsense!

Agree with the other negative reviews. Came here for some information and potential purchase on a quiet day, but the person at the desk was rude and obviously didn't want to help someone new to gardening. I took my business elsewhere and will not be returning here.
