Stumbled upon this place walking downtown, and was immediately greeted by the sweetest woman June. She found me the most comfortable bra I have ever worn in my entire life. The difference of a good quality bra is unreal. I will come back again, and highly recommend.

My wife discovered this gem of a store a few years ago and is now my go to spot for Christmas, birthday and valentines day gifts for my wife. June is so helpful and orders in products she thinks my wife will like, making my gift giving really easy and my wife really happy. PS she has the sweetest dog greeter ever.

Went in, needing to purchase new bras . While looking around a women with a very condescending tone asked what I needed.Told her and she told me all the bras are in a drawer. Asked if I new my size . Yes at my age I really should know but told her. She repeated the wrong size. Told her a second time she pointed to the back .As I turned she also let me know she had two customer's .Well good for her because she will never have a third.New to Barrie shame on her attitude towards someone. I will travel to Toronto to get what I need. Better salesmanship from younger girls in Victoria secret .Not my place to buy but they were at very polite.

I recently lost some weight and was in need of some bras. My mom and I went to this beautiful little shop at the recommendation of a friend. So glad we listened to her. As soon as we walked into the store June made us feel very welcomed. June was very helpful and made sure that our bras were the best fit and style for our body type. While visiting in Barrie, I went into this store and met June, who is very knowledgeable on fitting. What’s important is that she really guides you to find what feels right, and also honest to say when something doesn’t look right. I am so so happy I found June, she’s excellent, and I would make the long journey back just to buy bras from her. If in Barrie, or passing through, this is the place for a proper bra fitting. This speciality lingerie shop is a true gem! Bravo’s owner-manager June is extremely knowledgeable, with many years of specialty fitting experience. Her customer service is exemplary, always delivered with a smile. She exudes gentle encouragement and sincere respect for her customers’ needs and wants. I am a senior who had decades of bra fitting issues before I discovered this shop several years ago. The experience changed a lot for me. To my surprise, I hadn’t known my true, best fitting size or how to judge a bra’s fit. Thanks to June I do know now. I simply feel comfortable and confident and think I look my best. Aside from the beautiful well made bras, the sleepwear and other lingerie offerings are exceptional in fabric and design. Top quality only, including beautiful silks and laces. I don’t have to go to Toronto or Montreal or New York to buy fine lingerie…I find it right here in Barrie at Bravo.

What a lovely shop! Has one of the best experiences with June (owner) helping me find the right gift. Not from the area but would re Oder just because of how helpful and she was fabulous in helping my partner get sizes. Customer service and quality is top notch. She will also do custom orders. Oh and she wrapped my gift so nicely it was perfect!

The best service I've ever had attentive, honest, friendly and personal. I had an appointment for a bra fitting for my wedding dress and it was comfortable quick and efficient. June brought me styles and options to best flatter my shape and comfort and work with the dress style. Found what i was looking for and more. Will certainly be back for my future undergarments.
