Great place to rescue a rabbit! Olga was very patient when helping my partner and I pick out a rabbit. VRRA provides fostering as an option before adopting to ensure you find the right fit. We are currently fostering and can't wait to adopt him :) We were also able to purchase a few basics from there(ie. hay, pellets, toys, treats etc.). I would highly recommend adopting from the VRRA.

Vancouver Rabbit Rescue is run by an incredible woman and several volunteers that care very deeply for the wellbeing of rabbits and helping them find suitable homes. She helped me and my partner adopt our rabbit Davis, and offered so much knowledge and advice along the way as we are both first-time bunny owners. The Rabbit Rescue team has always been very generous with their time, especially considering how busy they are (probably even busier now due to Covid circumstances)! If you are looking for a rabbit or a phenomenal organization to donate to, this is the place!

VRRA is an amazing group helping to educate humans about rabbit care while tending to many rabbits that are looking for their forever homes. We have adopted our bun from here and have also fostered for them a few times. If you have extra time to spare sign up to volunteer. If you already have a bun of your own you can pick up supplies from the VRRA store. They offer items from local vendors and all sales help support the bunny fund.Photo of our rabbit we adopted from here ❤

Lovely rabbits and lovely people. A strong knit community taking care of abandoned rabbits. One can also buy stuff like hay and feed for their rabbits. Must visit if looking to adopt a rabbit or rabbit supplies. Also, Olga is a great handler of rabbits.

Best place to get hay and toys for your buns! Our rabbits love the hay and toys and at the same time all proceeds goes to help feed and help the rabbits at rabbit rescue. Makes me feel good. I love supporting this place!

These are good people doing good work. They help teach us how wonderful and misunderstood rabbits are. They rescue abandoned or unwanted rabbits. They care for them, heal them, love them. When it's time for adopting them to their forever homes, these buns are ready to fall in love with you. New owners are also screened so these rabbits are not abandoned again. My Tommy came from the VRRA!

An incredible rescue run with care and compassion. The rabbits are safe and happy. I have been to the SPCA where they are kept in concrete cages next to the dog pens where they are terrified. Here, they are brought out into larger pens in a covered back yard to get more free roaming space every day. Olga is my personal hero. She’s a tough cookie with a heart of gold. The city of Vancouver is extremely lucky to have such a well run organization dealing with the issue of rehoming rabbits in a way that puts the needs of the animals at the forefront. Thank you VRRA and volunteers for stepping up for these wonderful, intelligent animals.

If you're looking for a rabbit rescue that gives tirelessly and cares deeply then VRRA is the one. With extremely limited resources and funding the work that VRRA does is amazing. The amount of time and energy spent on rescuing, caring for, adopting, and offering services like bonding is remarkable. I wish people could fully appreciate the how much time & money everyone puts in to care for the bunnies. Please donate, volunteer, and if you can't... share so others can. I'm grateful they are here saving bunnies the local shelters and SPCA's won't.

The VRRA is a phenomenal shelter for Vancouver's most vulnerable buns, where they receive the best possible care before finding a forever home. It has a wonderful volunteer culture and sells high quality hay and other rabbit supplies. I adopted my rabbit Basil from VRRA and he has always been healthy and sweet. I recommend the VRRA to any friends considering adopting a pet.
