Totally recommended! Definitely the best clinic in Vancouver. Really nice facilities and the staff was really helpful and friendly. Dr Chan, in particular, was really warm and she really took the time to make me feel comfortable during my visit. So happy she took me as a new patient.

I have to complain about doctor Helen, she’s my family doctor and i booked online appointment with her twice. She never called me and I’m not crazy enough to miss doctor’s phone call at the booked time. So I had No missed calls at the time of appointment, she just cheated and never called me. Twice.Update of this review!After i posted this review the receptionist called me right away (which means they really have no problem to reach my ph n) and said I’m lying and their doctors don’t do things like that. When I asked her for the solutions, she sent me to find another family doctor. Terrible service as usual guys!But when she needed to reach me out to check some documents for her need she had no problem calling me.Terrible. Very bad to do it, Helen, very bad.

Treated very poorly by front of house and owner. Only needed a refill of my prescriptions. I only had 2 days left, was told I should have called a week ago. I usually do but life got in the way and this time i didn't. People who don't know your health history should not be making such abrupt decisions with your meds. Ended up getting an emergency supply.I love Dr. Mills as my doctor but apparently she is either leaving soon or has left. My stress level speaking with these 2 people was over the top, one of my meds is for anxiety by the way. I was so stressed and my voice was going up but the boss" told me a couple times they would hang up if I didn't lower voice. The conversation had me sobbing after I hung up. They just don't listen to their patients. If Dr. Mills is leaving

Clinic was quite nice, masks are required. We saw dr Peter Hanson for Trigger point therapy, for chronic back pain.This pain meds free approach to relieving pain really works.

The medical team at the clinic is simply outstanding. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and truly care about their patients' well-being.

Katrina Nanson is friendly enough, if seemingly overworked and with little time to devote to anyone or anything, but doing her best to be polite about it. In terms of the overall organization of the clinic, I've recently called to schedule an appointment, and was told a date and time. I showed up at that date and time and was told that my appointment was not then, and that it was actually a week later. A week later, I phone that morning to confirm, and am told that my appointment is not at that date and time, but actually a further week later than the second date and time I was told. This is not the first time something like this has happened, and I imagine it won't be the last.

Natalia met with my family member and took amazing care of her. It took us ages to find a family physician and we are so grateful to have found a kind, compassionate and thorough provider. Cannot recommend her enough !

I highly recommend this clinic. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Heydari provided exceptional attention and I'm very happy with the service I received. Excellent overall experience.

Some doctors are great, others not so good. However, the front desk staff is horrendous. Very blunt, no hello or goodbyes, does not seem to care that you need help. This walk-in" clinic can never actually take you in the same day (even when you walk-in at their opening hour)

I have Joanna Harkness as my new family physician. We've only had a few visits thus far and Joanna is absolutely fantastic!My doctor of 4/5 years retired early. I was really scared to not have a family physician with my many health issues. But they welcomed me and the process was near effortless!They're understanding of my situation and my physical/mental health. I find Joanna to be very trauma sensitive and well informed on every complicated question I may have. I've never experienced any judgement, no matter the topic.I first went to another clinic in Vancouver to find a new family physician and I was turned away due to my mental health. I can't thank this clinic enough for their outstanding service. You can book online and the front desk staff have been so helpful as well. I would highly recommend this clinic.
