If you're looking for any type of formal dress, this is the place to go! I can't speak highly enough of Alison & her team. Everyone here is so genuinely helpful and friendly. I bought my wedding dress here & my 6 Bridesmaids got their dresses here as well. Alison made the experience so fun & enjoyable, I was sad to be done dress shopping! I have never received such a high level of customer service from anywhere. The selection of wedding dresses was also far superior to every other store I went to! I had an excellent experience at One Love One Dream bridal last week. I'd been shopping for dresses before but hadn't found anything that felt quite right. They carried a specific dress that I'd been eyeing and wanted to try on and I was able to book an appointment within the same week which was great.We were the only people in the store which was a happy occurance. I was torn between two very different styles of dresses so we tried lots on. I liked the fact that we got to shop the dresses ourselves and as we pulled dresses, the consultant would show us similar options that I might like too.Our consultant Kerri was fantastic, she was there to assist and advise and pointed out many of the unique details of each gown, but she let me and my bridal party have time alone to discuss and get a feel for each gown. Not intrusive at all and very friendly and kind. I never felt pressured or like she was trying to make a sale. She was happy to go at my pace and really set the tone for the wonderful experience we had.I'm super happy that I found my dress at One Love One Dream, Kerri pulled something that I likely would have never tried on at first glance and it ended up being the one! She really had her finger on the pulse of my taste and listened carefully to my comments about each dress to find the one. She accessorized my very simple dress with the perfect belt and it was a done deal. Kerri, thank you so much for your assistance and helping me find my wedding gown!

I had the pleasure of having Hailey as my expert at One Love One Dream. After having a long day of trying on dresses at a different boutique, Hailey completely changed my day and truly made me feel like a bride. From encouraging other style of dresses, explaining the different racks of dresses to just being so personable. Hailey treated me with the utmost respect and had answers to allOf my questions. Hailey was so patient and polite when helping do up the wedding dresses I tried on. She truly made the experience amazing for me and she is one of the reasons I was confident to say YES to the dress! Thank you for a great experience! I believe we were helped by Kerri, who was absolutely wonderful. She stayed with the bride to be the whole time helping her put on and take off her dress. She was very knowledgeable and only had nice things to say! The experience was 5 stars and I would go back and recommend to anybody, even if they don’t live in the area! So many dresses and colours and fabrics to choose from!

From start to finish Allison was invested in helping me find what I always dreamed of wearing on my special day. Allison kept in touch with me throughout the whole process with providing updates on when my dress would be in and when I was searching for the perfect veil she was right there every step of the way. One Love One Dream holds a special place in my heart from finding my perfect prom dress to my wedding dress. Nothing but the best.

We had a room booked with Hailey to try on dresses for the big day and she was absolutely wonderful! She had great feedback and was full of ideas. She even pulled a dress we ended up loving. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would definitely recommend. They had a great selection of all different styles and their pricing is fair.

Great service and lovely dresses.I am pretty picky, and usually nothing fits me as I am quite short, so I came in already expecting not to find anything... I was very surprised to find a dress that not only fit me, but that I also loved. The associate at the front desk helped me find some nice options to try, and Nicole was a great help in the fitting room.

what a lovely shop!I'm one of the bridesmaids of our lovely bridal group and it was such a blast. i loved that the selection from a certain designer allowed us to each pick a dress within the colour palette but also each of us have an individual style. incredible staff that were so helpful. it was really great to see the selection and availability of styles. even for us curvier girls, we were able to find dresses that REALLY flattered all of our shapes and personalities.thank you one love one dream for a wonderful day of dress shopping, making our bridesmaids feel special AND most of all, making our bride feel so special. <3

My sister and I are both getting married, and we have visited several dress stores trying to find the perfect dress. However, this store exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing experience finding our dream dresses and had so much fun with Alison and Nicole! They were both extremely kind, caring, and helpful. Not only was the experience fantastic, but they also had the best selection of dresses. I found so many dresses that I loved! I highly recommend coming here; you won't regret it!
