Dave Woodward did a fantastic job and provided an extremely comprehensive report on everything from top to bottom in the home I am purchasing. He provided pictures of everything (attic, water heater, furnace, cosmetic damage to walls, etc. In addition, he invites you to call him to get more info or advise on repairs. Very happy with Dave's work at a reasonable price!

Dave went above and beyond! He was able to fit us in within 24 hours of making the appointment, he showed up on time with a positive attitude and completely prepared (plus brings snacks for his clients), and he took video footage of the crawl space so my spouse and I could see it without us have to go down there. He talks you through the process, he gives recommendations, and his price is literally unbeatable. He spent 3 1/2 hours looking at our rambler, he is VERY thorough. We loved him and would/will recommend him to anyone that needs either a pre inspection or a regular inspection on a house they plan to purchase.
