There are times where I feel super frustrated with how far customer service" has eroded over the past 5-10 years and then there is an experience with Bosco Canada that completely restores your faith that companies truly do care and are willing to do what's right. In short

This review is on product- product # 208044 - stainless steel kitchen sink!! We have sink with steel rack!! Before purchasing I was looking for some feedback on quality but unfortunately couldn’t find much and went with recommendation of my fabricator. now I have this from last few months and can give my honest feedback- my sink is faded, there is no shine even seeing rust popping out, rack is also rusted- no matter how much I clean regularly I’m not seeing any shine. My old sink ( different brand) was shining as new and was always solid after 15 years of use and this one is total opposite. It’s sad that Quality is really poor, it’s thin and makes lots of noise when water is poured- overall not happy with product at all- will not be buying again..wish I had known earlier !!!

We replaced a previous sink, different manufacturer, after 20+ years (It was still in great shape but we wanted a different look). The Bosco sink was recommended by our countertop fabricator.It's loud, it marks easily, is extremely dingy and requires constant cleaning.Totally unhappy for the last 3 years!Initially I gave the sink a one star but because of the quick response and helpfulness of the customer service department I became aware of that these issues were the result of the installation as opposed to the sink itself.It's nice to see that a company is so responsive to the needs of it's customers.

Was directed to Bosco from MaxStone and I’m so glad we checked them out.We got a better sink than we thought and the coordination between the two companies was easy.Went in wanting a granite sink, came out with a stainless with stop in accessories.Since we have a very short counter, this sink really makes a difference for usable space.

Want to see your dollar go farther? Me too, PLEASE GO FARTHER away from here. We entered the store we were not helped and looked like the owner was more concerned about the delivery coming in than helping 2 individuals who are frequent customers depending on the area of work. Oh well there are others out there. It was not today, I found the business after a while. Please take some lessons in customer service l, like owner like employees.

I recently bought a black granite sink from Bosco. I had some questions about its maintenance and the team there (Wendy!) went above and beyond to make sure I had my questions answered and that my experience was exceptional. Their sinks are beautiful and their customer service is impeccable.I highly recommend them.

We purchased two kitchen sinks from Bosco. One of them was a custom sink. Wendy at Bosco was very helpful in designing a wheelchair accessible sink for our children. She is very knowledgeable, accommodating and patient.She shared her own experiences with us so we could make the right decisions.Custom sinks usually take a long time to make. Wendy had our sink ready within a few days, 2 weeks ahead of our agreed time. Everyone at the show room was polite and helpful during our visits.Thank you Wendy and the rest of your team for the excellent customer service!

Great customer service and huge selection of high quality sinks!

Good show room. Decent quality sink. Had our contractor install a single bowl sink. CS rep made sure we didn’t touch the sink while looking at them tho. That’s forbidden. Would suggest they have that posted at the front door. Pleasant enough to give me their catalogue booklet though.
