Some of the best Korean chicken in the city. Golden Fry is so crisp and dry. Special sauce is excellent but wet. Black Pepper is drowned in black pepper and packs quite a punch. Orders take 15-20 minutes.

Honestly, their food was awesome, personally, I loved the cheesling chicken so much, they're fantastic. But what made me dislike this restaurant was their service, it usually took 45 minutes plus for an order and the staff's attitude were horrible, they could leave you there waiting for 5 minutes even they saw you, no smile on their face and only one to two people were working in the store. Once I've been there just for their chicken and usually they're closing around 7 30 ish, I check it on Google and that's what I saw on their notice board in their store, I went there around 6 30, and they said it was close since they don't have enough time to clean. Atrocious, I'll never ever go to their store again no matter how amazing their food were, so disappointed. I'd give it a zero star if I could.

Great place to grab lunch fast food but better taste. Huge selection and you can mix and match as much as you want. The soup was massive also.

Delicious Korean fried chicken!Keep in mind, Korean fried chicken takes time which is why it’s so juicy and crispy. It’s best to call ahead if you plan on dining in or order before shopping.I got take out yesterday and the lady who I spoke with was very nice. It depends on who you get, the service is good.My go-to chicken place. I love the cheesling flavour- sweet. Secret sauce is really good too- sweet and a tad bit of spice.

Ordered a boneless crispy chicken last Sunday and 2 pcs of what i got had this on them. It looks like a piece of gloves that got ripped. Was disappointed. Costumer service gone bad as well. They make you wait for Atleast 5mins until they approach you. Still will order but I’m hoping that this should not Happen again.

Went to order a half order of soy garlic chicken. Waited about half an hour, without being told how png the wait would be after paid, just being given a pager.Food is ok, customer service is terrible, there was no greeting or anything from the staff. One of the employees was on the phone for the whole time, so not professional!

This shop is located inside H-Mart cafeteria.You can do your grocery shopping after buying your fried chicken for takeout as it will take some time to prepare your order.The chicken is really good. The prices are decent and there are so many flavors that I wanted to try. However I ordered plain fried chicken to score the chicken on taste and the batter. It will be pointless if I ordered flavor chicken if the batter doesn't hold up or is bad. However, the batter holds up as the the chicken was really good. The batter is crispy and freshly made in house. I am satisfied with their chicken that I want to try other flavors at BBQ chicken.The staff is friendly as well.

We visited Vancouver recently and enjoyed ‘bbq chicken’ there so much was psyched to learn we had one here. BUT it did not taste the same at all. There was a weird taste to the soy and honey garlic. My husband described it as if cooked in oil used for fish lol wild imagination but ya. Anyway 2 stars for the cheeseling fries and cheese balls each. We’ll stick to SFC, Wingchix and Country Coco for Korean fried.

Really really bad. Taste strange. After eating the chicken, I had Diarrhea and abdominal pain throughout the day. Will never ever order again.
