Sierra was very nice and provided good customer service. She was very friendly friendly and helped find the products I needed. She even recommended me some new products to me too. The staff is very nice. I recommend this location, thanks again for great service!

Went in with beautiful natural light grey hair, wanted a toner to take out the yellow in ends! Was sold a permanent brass blocker. My mistake the guy was on the phone for something personal and was not listening!!! Dark black grey! Cried and 3 strippers later strawberry blond dry damaged hair! Very disappointed will never go for advice again.

Love the staff here, they’re always excellent , however it’s incredibly annoying when the hours listed here clearly don’t reflect the hours they are open . After driving there today, Saturday, listed open until 8:30 but the doors were locked at 4:45. The management has the time to respond to reviews but they aren’t capable of amending the hours to be accurate. Frustrating

I came here 30 mins before close as I came straight from working trying to get some products I needed and Kelly not once made me feel rushed and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She has helped me find me new favourite hair serum/oil by redavid orchid oil. It smells SO good. Thank you Kelly for being so kind and helpful.
