By far the BEST, reliable service in Waterloo. I've been filling my prescriptions with Tony for a few years now, the experience has been amazing! Tony is on point with keeping up with prescription refills in a timely manner. He always gives me a call to remind me if I'm running low on refills, and his timeliness with prescription deliveries is impeccable. 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a new pharmacy :)

Me and my sister got our second vaccine doses here a while ago and had an amazing experience. Very nice people working there and made me feel comfortable. I was having a lot of anxiety the day we last minute scheduled them so I couldn't go in but was able to book a time the next day a couple hours in advance and they gave me the vaccine then instead. Thank you Tony!

Super belated review; went to Phamily Pharmacy early Feb '23 following my husband's search for specific inoculation requests. They were so helpful, accommodating, and man oh man does Tony have a good hand with a needle (I'm terrified of them!).A real treasure in the community. Don't pass them up.

Probably the best customer service you will ever get anywhere (not just pharmacy's)!! Tony is always super kind and patient and is happy to go out of his way to help you with your healthcare needs. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Tony Pham at Phamily Pharmacy is amazing. He has taken the time to get to know our family and truly has our best interests at heart. He works super hard to make sure he can get you what you need as quickly as possible (honestly, I get my medication filled in minutes!).I was once prescribed a medication with horrible side effects (which my health provider did not mention) but Tony made sure I was aware. Thanks to Tony, I actually went to a much safer alternative.Having a pharmacist who knows me and my family has made all the difference in our health. Thanks, Tony, for your excellent service! This…. Is the #1 Pharmacy you can trust for over and above service, Tony and his beautiful wife are the most knowledgeable people who actually care about their patients. Tony takes time to confer with your doctor as needed, always smiling, always friendly and even wrote a hand written get well note on my medicine upon fast delivery. STAY AWAY FROM SHOPPERS! If you live in this neighbourhood this should be your pharmacist not the revolving door of SDM.

After years of terrible customer service at the Shoppers pharmacy, I finally switched to Phamily Pharmacy and I'm SO glad I did! Tony was incredibly helpful and kind, and my prescriptions were ready quickly. I should have switched years ago! What an awesome experience- thanks Tony!

Tony has been helping explain my medications and has truly gone over and above with his kind customer service and positive attitude. I highly highly recommend using Phamily Pharmacy. I wanted someone who had my family's best interest at heart. Tony takes the time to get to know us and the medical issues we are dealing with. Chain pharmacies are faceless dispensaries. I received my second vaccine dose at Phamily Pharmacy and had a great experience! Conveniently location and incredibly knowledgeable team. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The owner is incredible and this will be my pharmacy of choice from now on!

Very clean location with fast pharmaceutical dispensing. Tony and his family are lovely and have been very nice to my mom since she began her medication. We would recommend this location as the service you receive will be much better than the corporate pharmacies.
