Absolutely top notch customer service! Had another contractor delay for months and months. Called Northbound and they immediately responded. Spoke to me (after work hours) about the issue, and were able to help me out the next day. As a small business owner myself I cannot recommend this company enough.

Josh responds quickly to messages and phone calls. He has also done a great job at keeping me informed throughout the repair/maintenance work he has done at my 2 Bulk Barn locations. The work is done right the first time and he answers any questions you may have. I would highly recommend Josh for any commercial HVAC needs you may have.

I recently had an issue with my AC unit, (never an ideal situation with the current heat temperatures) Josh arrived immediately and had us up and running again in no time! Great service! Joshua was able to diagnose and fix an issue we have had with our whole home dehumidifier after others could not. He was honest with us and communicated what the issues were and how best to fix our system. He communicated within 24 hours after installation to make sure everything was running smoothly and to see if we had any questions. We appreciate being able to speak with Joshua directly when we have questions.

Very professional and helpful. Great work by Josh...he uninstalled our ancient air conditioning system...it wasn't a big job but he did it in record time...so efficient and a super easy guy to deal with...he takes on even the smallest jobs and provides fast professional service...even followed up to make sure all the connections were ready to install a new one in the future...that's Josh !!
