I had a not so pleasant experience with one of your contractors today in Darcy Ranch. I am a client of Sterling homes but am very disappointed with the exchange I had with your contractor Blueridge excavating today. This contractor regularly parks trucks and equipment in the only street parking spot we have outside our home and today when I asked them if they could move their truck and park elsewhere I was told to F##k off that it was a city street and they could do what they wanted. Great company representation and very professional image being set. With people like this working for you Sterling who needs reviews..!!!

We have purchased a quick possession home built by Sterling Homes just this past summer. Derek C. has provided exceptional customer service, the process was made easy and comfortable. Very much appreciated the timely responses to any questions we had and we felt well looked-after, viewing our Sterling rep as a partner in the process rather than a customer being sold" something. The home exceeded our expectations in many ways and we are even now discovering new things about it that impress us. We also value the warranty process and the frequent check ups to ensure any issues are looked after promptly. We have never built a home before

We built our new home through sterling and I would highly recommend them. From the planning stages with Doug at the showhome through construction with Vance to service work with Nick, everything has been straightforward and simple. The build quality is second to none and when we eventually move to a different home it will 100% be with sterling again.

Not only was the sales rep (Luiza) amazing, but the entire team went above and beyond answering any questions/concerns we had. The team at Sterling homes were excellent throughout the building process in 2018/2019. Doug in Mountainview Okotoks was exceptional to work with, very dedicated to his craft and went over and above to ensure we were informed and happy from the first time we walked into the Showhome.
