He went above and beyond in helping me problem solve when it came to working with insurance and the existing owner of the home. He understood the market well and his experience is so valuable. The team does an amazing job from photos to the posting. I could not believe how well the house showed. When I was out of town, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled.When it came to buying it was fantastic. He knew my limits and understood what i was looking for in a new place to call home. Very patient in finding the right place, taking a look at a every detail.I will definitely continue to recommend Ryan as a realtor.

I recently had to sell my fathers house after he passed away. Gregg was recommended to us by a couple of people and I can see why. He was awesome to deal with. We had a couple of other agents look at the house and when we talked about price all they did was compare it to a couple of houses that were similar in size. They didn't seem to take into consideration all the renovations that had been done and a couple of unique features the house had. We felt a little defeated because we knew the house was worth more. Then Gregg came in and did a much larger comparison and took all that into consideration. After talking with him and going through all the comparisons, we felt at ease and very comfortable about using him to list the house. He listed the house and sold it in 1 day for $35,000 more than the other agents wanted to list it for. I cannot recommend Gregg enough! My partner and I were a little scared about the whole process since it was our first time.
