Maison Birks - Détaillant officiel de Rolex

I had not been to Birks for many years, as I perceived them as very elitist. However, I found that it is a very different place these days. I purchased a few watches recently to mark an important life event and was very pleased by the experience. I would encourage anyone looking for one of the many high-end brands they provide to pay them a visit.

I'd like to write a special thanks to Shanine, for your fantastic and exceptional service. It was my first time walking into the store, and I was happily greeted by Shanine. She answered all of my questions and concerns and help walk through the process of putting my name on a list for a Rolex. I'm looking forward to revisiting the store soon and checking in for their Tutor and Cartier models. If you're looking for 10/10 customer service at AD, Birks is the best!

Walked in the store to buy a Breitling. The store clerk was so pretentious and fancy (maybe cuz I'm young and I dress the way I feel to). He was looking at me like I was a poor nobody. Was disgusted by the experience at Birks and went to Chateau d'ivoire (15min walk) and spent my 8k over there instead. About to spend another 30k for a ring, guess where I won't be going?

Exceptional service from Mr.Ihab today. As a salesman he was very personable and we had a nice chat regarding the brand. He was very patient and explained the process of attaining a timepiece clearly as well as the quality requirements each watch must pass before making it to market. As an added bonus I was able to try on one of my grail watches which was amazing. Overall the experience was seamless and great with 5 star service, as expected from Maison Birks. I'm looking forward to be able to wear my dream timepiece.

Mixed service - try out the jewelry, skip the watches.This was my second time visiting this location. The service, information and assistance we got while looking at rings was great. However, no one came to our assistance when we wanted to try on watches despite asking the sales associates twice if someone could help us out.And this was when I wanted to check out Tudor (save your dignity and don't even ask them about Rolex - they will straight up say no as they only sell to locals with a Montreal address).I understand if your staff is busy - please give us a heads up, don't leave us hanging.

This was my first experience buying a luxury watch and I chose Maison Birks due to their reputation and service. I had a wonderful experience working with Jay, she is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and a pleasure to talk to - I highly recommend working with her. We viewed a few models and I ended up purchasing a Tudor Black Bay, which I really enjoy. I am looking forward to my future purchases with this company!

Strolled in after work as I have been at this hotel for four nights.Walked through the store a coupe of times peering in casesI was interested in two rings.Five sales clerks standing around joking and chatting.No one asked Me if I needed help.Maybe because I had a backpack on and casual sandals. Who knows?But I definitely like the Tiffany staff better and probably won’t buy anything at Birks ever.I had to go grab a clerk. The price tags looked dirty and crumpled.Just not impressed at all.
