I did Christmas shopping here for my son and it was the best selection I could find of the brands he wanted. The young guy working was super patient and incredibly helpful while I needed help finding and looking at multiple items. A big difference than another store with some of the same brands a few doors down. I was in and out 3 times and the employees never once spoke to us or asked if we needed help. Exact opposite treatment at Zumies, thanks guys!

I took my daughter to Zumiez to get a thrasher sweatshirt and we live 1.5 hours away. On the way home we realized that the security tag was not removed. We only head to Ottawa 3 times per year. When I called and told them , Hudson, the manager offered to drive out to Perth to meet me to exchange for one without the security tag on it. Needless to say I was quite shocked she would be willing to do this. My daughter and I were relieved and delighted. This is customer service at its best!!!! Yay Hudson!!! Thank you so much!! My daughter was so happy and relieved. As was I. 5 stars for sure!!!

went on the website search up a few decks, and guess what? they had them all. And they also have good decks for low prices. like the other day i went to this other skate shop there element decks where like 80 bucks and here there 60 and it so easy you can order online and pick it up at the store.

Having shopped here several times and personally knowing several past associates I can tell you this place is extremely unprofessional. I have been in the store and heard the current store manager bad mouthing associates to one another, I have seen them send false claims to employees that go directly against ministry of labour standards and I have seen sales associates vaping on the sales floor.

Best employee I've come across in years. He greeted us with such kindness, took the time to really help me find what I needed (which turned out not to be at the store BUT gave us a very quick solution) 10/10 customer service and product. Would recommend (especially for the old school skaters!)
