We had Dave and his crew build the addition to our home here in Edmonton. At the same time they framed in the basement and installed the subflooor. The work was completed in good time by a great group of people. They were knowledgeable, polite, tidy and trustworthy. Happy to write a raving review for Dave and Annalee. I felt the organization of the build was fantastic. My home, minus a few subcontractor issues is outstanding!I chose these builders because I designed this house myself and I wanted someone who I could trust to build my little haven. They are a smaller outfit that I felt really listened.I have been in my house for almost 2 years now and I love it.

Dealing with Dave Butterwick has been one of the worst experiences ever.This person has no people skills and very much hides behind paying his bills. Doesnt come through when he say he will and then always avoiding his calls . I guess that why he has gone through many trades and employees ,,,,, if there was room for a zero star I would have selected it
