Wow.First of all when I asked if they add milk or not, she laughed at me. OK, whatever. So I order two drinks, a Taro Slush and a Mango Slush for my wife. Both are runny like juice without even a single piece of ice. However before noticing this leaving as leaving I heard someone else ask for milk and the same counter worker was happy to add milk to their order. Weird.So not only is your staff not wearing a hairnet and rude to customers, the slushies" you charged $7.50 a pop for were juice

This brand of milk tea is particularly good to drink, used to be in the city center, now here also opened a new place, the location is very convenient, indoor sanitation is very clean, service is also in place in particular.

Used to like this place a lot but it went downhill recently. Multiple times that I went recently there is a bad smell inside the place. The drink doesn’t taste as good as usual and the service is extremely slow.

Trash customer serviceUsually buy 2 drinks and bring to my car. As I was sitting down in my car, one cup fell and split open, bubble tea splashed everywhere. Went back inside and explained what happened, most places would cover a replacement drink, as the cups are cheap. They basically said not our fault" had to pay in full for another one. They said since it didn't hqppen in the store

The staff is so nice! I had received something different than what I had asked for and not only did they redo my order in a timely manner, they gave the other one for free! The fact that they chose to give instead of wasting the wrong order is very respectable and it's a sustainable choice! They were very friendly and made such a good bubble tea, it's the best one I've had so far!!

The staff were great and you could tell they were doing their best but critically understaffed. Just lines of online orders and not enough staff to fill them promptly.

Clean place, quick service and delicious bbt.My favorite bubble tea flavor is the brown sugar pearl latte or the regular milk tea less sweet, half ice. Love the modifications you can do.I would recommend and would come back!

I have read so many reviews about this store in the past about the poor customer service but I thought I’d give it another chance but they haven’t changed at all. Yesterday I ordered Cold Taro Sago with no ice. When I brought it home, I just realized it was hot Taro! went back today around 6.15pm and made the same order. I told them about the mistake they made last time for my taro. The girl with glasses just asked me to check it before I left! What an attitude! Say sorry would be good enough but didn’t bother at all. I will never come back to this store! Even though so many bad reviews about the customer service, the management here only replies to your review but has done nothing to improve. Save your money go somewhere else!

There was a foul smell in the building, half the lights weren't working or were flashing, the bathrooms weren't in service, the garbage can was 'out of order' ??? There was only 1 employee (they did a good job though) 3/4 of the menu displays were off, and the menu was VERY limited (probably due to the displays not working). the drinks themselves were fine but nowhere near redeeming the place. There is a Tiger Sugar nearby which is a better option for bubble Tea IMO.TL;DR : The single emloyee was fast, and did a great job, but the specific place itself sucked.

My go to bubble tea place, no sugar is sweet enough. Price is reasonable compare to other places. Bubble is not as good as the alley.
