From start to finish our experience with Laurysen was excellent! Working with their designer we made the best design for our space and their craftsmanship brought the vision to life. I highly recommend!

We have had several kitchens and bathrooms designed and installed by Laurysen's and we have been most pleased! Ola Elmaghraby was our designer and she was highly qualified, did a fabulous job and was delightful to work with. While some elements of the installation were delayed, this was understandable given the challenges most companies and suppliers experienced during covid. Otherwise, the work was completed as scheduled. We would highly recommend Laurysen's!

We absolutely love our Klozet by Laurysen Kitchens! Caroline, our designer, took great care to make sure the colour/handle style matched our existing furniture. She did such a great job that we often get asked if Laurysen designed our furniture too! Caroline made sure everything we asked for was included in the design. Our installer Matt was meticulous as was our service technician Paul. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for closet storage solutions!

Fantastic service and perfect quality on the materials I ordered. If you have a kitchen or closet project this is the place to go. When they say family owned it truly is. We moved into a home that had Laurysen Kitchen cabinets installed 6 years prior, by the previous owner. I approached Laurysen for touch up paint and was thrilled with how they were able to produce a great match dispute the time that had passed. The team was so helpful and even repainted the original cabinet I brought in for colour match. Thrilled with how this company took the time for this. Laurysen was an exceptional team to work with on my new kitchen. From the initial conversation through to the final project completion the quality, people and final project were exactly what I wanted.Everyone from Rachael at the sales side, the installers that had to work in my apartment that was 22 floors up and the service team that came to finish all the outstanding item…..they were all skilled, professional and had vey good communication through out.If I need another kitchen in the future I will go directly to Laurysen with no question.

We love our new kitchen. From our experience with them, it’s the best place if you are looking for good quality and service. We shopped around and even talked to another popular cabinet design place in town first. The experience was not that great. The designer gave a single session to decide everything and it was obvious she just wanted to check every item off and sign the deal instead of leading us to think through for a good decision. A friend of ours mentioned Laurysen and we reached out to them. It took a while to get the initial response from them but once we met our designer, Rachael, everything went smooth and well. She was very thoughtful, patient and worked with us in every inch of our kitchen, and also gave good design recommendations in areas we weren’t sure of. She was even considerable of our children in design as well. My husband and I have very different tastes in decoration so we can be difficult and she was good at navigating us to a direction we both liked. Also she had a lot of good ideas to offer us. For example, she suggested a little coffee station in a wasted corner of our old kitchen, now it is my favourite spot in the kitchen. She also gave us broken-down prices and options in estimates so that we could save in places. In all meetings with Rachael, we never felt pressured and knew that she was working for us.As for installation, the installer was very professional and excellent, but there were several defects in wood parts that came. The service team was very professional and punctual, but they are short on staff just like everywhere these days. It’s been taking a while to get stuff done but we’ve felt that they are doing their best, not cutting the corners. As a result, we are still waiting on a couple of minor items that are on new order, but I am sure we are in good hands. We love our new kitchen, it’s functional, well-built and beautiful. We will definitely do more projects with them in future.

Laurysen built and installed our kitchen cabinets almost 7 years ago and they still look great! The experience was so positive that we unhesitatingly sought their services again for our recent mudroom and small bathroom update.Laurysen is blessed with a wonderful team and the result of their craftsmanship is beautiful, functional and affordable. After months of delays, the contractor that we had hired to do our kitchen renovation abruptly went out of business, leaving us with a half-finished kitchen. Not only had the contractor mismeasured the space for the cabinets, but they had also not forwarded our payment to our suppliers, including Laurysen. I contacted Corey at Laurysen to see if they could help us finish our kitchen.Within a couple days we had both designer Ola and service manager Lee on site to see what they could do. They suggested that we correct the errors that the contractor made, which included removing the old improperly installed cabinets and replacing all the cabinets with properly designed and built versions. They provided detailed drawings which I commented on and approved. They scheduled a tentative date and then contacted me again during the manufacturing phase to finalize an exact delivery date and install date. The components arrived on the day promised, and our installer Matt showed up the following day. Matt was skilled and meticulous in his installation of the cabinets and integrated them with our existing elements. Lee came back a few days later to go over some minor adjustments, and those were completed within the week.What started out as an 8-month fiasco with an unreliable contractor completely turned around once we started working directly with Laurysen. We had a great, collaborative experience with Laurysen to get the kitchen that we had wanted from the beginning. They were very fair about pricing the project, even though they had not been paid by our initial contractor. I recommend Laurysen without reservation for a trustworthy partner in kitchen renovations.

Aviva, our Design Consultant, was absolutely amazing! We could not have asked for a better experience in designing our dream kitchen. From our initial at home consultation to the final installation, Aviva was there every step of the way, providing expert advice and guidance.Aviva took the time to really listen to our needs and preferences, and worked closely with us to create a design that perfectly suited our style and budget. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the design was flawless.In dealing with the installation and quality assurance team we noticed their professionalism and expertise were truly impressive, and it was clear that they were invested in making sure we were completely satisfied with the end result.Thanks to Aviva's expert design skills and the craftsmanship of Laurysen Kitchens, we now have the kitchen of our dreams. It is beautiful, functional, and exactly what we had envisioned.
