Super happy with the blinds we got from BBD! I wanted a smart blind that did the basics and the blinds Sarah recommended ticked all the boxes. Sam did great with the installation and knowledge sharing! I will recommend them to friends and family.

A new clutch was required for one of my blinds, the style had been discontinued and parts were no longer available at the store. The secretary at the North Location contacted the manufacturer, send pictures, of the details and serial numbers of the piece. They were able to locate one for me, not only was no charge for it but the installation was free of charge as well. Great Service and Excellent Products!
