Beverly Hills Doggie Hotel

We highly recommend the Beverly Hills Doggie Hotel. They provide excellent care to our dog. We feel comfortable leaving him in such great hands. Love the daily instagram posts for photos when we are away.

I've been taking my pomsky, Kubo, here for about a month now and could not be more impressed! Maria is extremely professional and very responsive, always giving me updates on how my little guy is doing. I've tried other daycares for him but none have really compared to the quality you get here. He's always got a big smile whenever I come pick him up and I can tell all the dogs here are well taken care of. Very glad I gave this place a chance and I encourage others to do the same! :)

Second pic is how she’s supposed to look with a fresh groom - your typical standard doodle/teddy haircut. I decided to try this new place for the first time and picture number one is how it turned out. She looks like a completely different dog. Not to mention the owner was unprofessional and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She was rude to me on the phone and blamed it on the fact she was driving in traffic. Lame excuse. They also told me every dog turns out different and it won’t always look like the professional photos (Originally I had showed them a traditional standard teddy cut from a Pinterest photo). I’ve had different groomers before and it’s never been an issue. My my dog is going to look like this for the holidays and I’m not happy about it. Paid $96 for me dog to look absolutely stupid. They didn’t even offer me a discount or some money back. Oh also to mention when I picked up my dog she was absolutely mortified and confused acting weirder than usual. She’s quite used to getting groomed every 3-4 months and I have never seen her act the way she was acting. She was very needy, scared and traumatized. Only positive thing I can say is that they were very quick she was done in an hour and a half, but with the quality of the cut it makes sense. They put zero effort into it.

Our pup Canela absolutely loves coming here for daycare, it’s definitely the highlight of her week and she gets super excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. The Staff at Beverly Hills are such dog lovers and especially the owner, Maria, who is so great with her and also takes the time to send videos and pics of my pup at the end of the day. I highly highly recommend this place.

Maria and the team at Beverly Hills Doggie Hotel are amazing. Our two small dogs stay here for overnight boarding and I’m so happy that we found such a great place so we can relax while we’re away knowing that our dogs are being well taken care of.

I’ve been to this place several times. I’ve moved far away from them since and really wish they were still close by me because I went to another place close by me and I still prefer Beverly Hills.

Maria is very passionate about caring for dogs. She cares very deeply for my aged dog who's very very needy. I highly recommend this place for anybody looking for an affordable yet professional place. She sends me photos!

I personally love it for very friendly staff who build personal friendship with the dogs that come in and their owners.Maria the owner is truly great! She is very helpful when it comes to suggesting and educating owners on food, treats, and training.Definitely recommended.
