We had received several quotes from well-known and large companies in Calgary. Neil was completely open and honest with us and cheaper too! He cares about his customers/clients and responds back quickly as well. He and his apprentice Adam completed the job exactly as promised, on time and on the day promised. We will be contacting Neil from now on for both our AC and furnace servicing. Couldn’t be happier with his service and integrity! Very patient to explain everything to us as well.

Did a wonderful job explaining the process of getting our A/C unit installed. Made very clear where costs were coming from for the quote. Work was done super quickly and couldn’t even tell they had been here (outside of the new unit beside our house)! Even helped to explain the new thermostat control we had installed with great patience and care. Bonus: super kid friendly when our two year old was at our knees while learning about the thermostat. Highly recommend!

Neil and his team are incredible, they were punctual and got the job done on time and on budget. There was some supplemental issues with the furnace (unrelated to AC that was installed) that they found and fixed! I was referred To Neil by a plumber I use. My AC wasn't working and Neil came out. I figured it was the fan. Neil checked it out had it fixed in no time. He was very honest and explained what had happened .
