We personally purchased a show home from Mason Martin and their after care service has been exceptional. Mason Martin is a company that really understands what exceptional customer service is and they want their clients to be happy. We built with Mason Martin a few years ago and had a wonderful experience. The company was highly professional, and the trades were exceptional. From the initial design phase, to receiving the final product, we were extremely happy. We were subcontractors for this company and could not be more displeased with their customer service towards us and lack of payment on bills that are over due.We own West Deck LTD, Tandem Inc, and Ozone Fx Ltd and other companies.As of today they still owe us for work completed by Ozone FX furnace and duct cleaning , as well as Tandem Inc (for finishing of the homes) these bills are all over 90 days past due and the company has now ghosted us.If you are a Subcontractor that works for Mason or is thinking of working for them DO NOT waste your time . They will burn you like so many others.Currently we are owed 22k through both companies.If this message is on there Google account they have not cleared up there bill.Once they pay the bill we will remove this review.UPDATE95% of their bill has been paid.
