Cassie and Tara are phenomenal! I've seen Cassie in and off for years for various injuries - neck pain, back pain, running injuries, sprained ankle. I more recently saw Tara for some pregnancy related fascia pain and she worked wonders! Both are great at explaining what is going on and making the experience enjoyable!

The doctor had given me a list of all the pelvic floor physiotherapists in Kingston and said “they’re all great, but I really like Cassie.” I could not be happier with her recommendation. I first came to Cassie before she opened Innova, and loved her so much I followed her here to her new business.Cassie is the whole package. She is thorough, attentive, caring, fun, and honestly just really good at her job. She’s extremely knowledgeable and is good at explaining and simplifying what interventions she’s doing and why.Cassie’s empathy carries into all aspects of her work. Even though physio is very much focused on physical health, Cassie also takes time to check in on mental health and overall wellness. If you know anything about pelvic floor physio, and what it entails, hear me when I say she somehow makes the appointments fun and overall pleasant.I’ve already started recommending Cassie to all the people in my life regardless of whether they need physio.
