Building process was a nightmare with Tony. Charges went up through the roof, very disorganized, poor management, used poor labourers, still facing many shortcomings around the house.Yes Tony, it is a beautiful home, but you didn’t give to us, we paid for it with our sweat and blood and we even paid you $50,000 above the asking price because you were crying about the rising cost of lumber. Something that was not in the contract, but we gave it to you out of the goodness of our heart, and you didn’t even appreciate it, instead you were blackmailing us at closing and asking us to pay you $80,000 even though we were not obligated by contract. I walked away and your wife called the next day and accepted the money, but showed no appreciation for it whatsoever. I wish to load some beautiful pictures of the house, but the nightmarish experiences that you caused us to go through damaged even our present daily living, besides we are limited in what we write in Google.Yesterday we had another terrible experience due to Tony and his plumber’s negligence. This time we woke up to a flooded basement. Pool of water covering all around the basement. I went into the sump pump area and pulled on the wire attached to the pump, it started working right away. I concluded Sump pump got clogged by debris, water backed up into the basement and flooded it with about 1cm to 3 cm at some parts. all our Christmas decorations were placed in the wine room where the sump pump was, because our storage room that Tony had built for us underneath the patio was leaking water from up top and we could not use it. Tony had still to fix that problem 8 month from moving in and counting still. But that’s another problem I’ll go into more detail in another horror chapter. All our stuff underneath the stairs were wet, all the equipment and shelving inside the exercise room wet, all carpets we stored inside the furnace and filters in the room were wet, boxed items that were not even opened, commercial printer, brand new frames I bought from Michaels were all wet from bottom. Hand painted art and frames pictures stored underneath the stairs all wet. Bedroom and beddings all go wet. The whole vinyl floor was wet and we’re picturing all the mold and mildew that could develop from all of this disaster. We see all the damage and we were crying, how could this happen to a new house??
