I would give him ten stars if I could. We are on a weeks-long road trip and my laptop WiFi stopped working, big problem. We stepped off the ferry on a Sunday (!) night (!) and Jim was open (on a Sunday night!!), fixed my problem in 10 minutes with a trick that my very digitally savvy son didn't think of. He took me as a walk in, I didn't have to wait, and asked a pittance for his help. I tripled it. Note that his hours don't match what is on Google (says Noon-5) I called ahead of time to make an appointment and learned he would be open later than what is shown. Very knowledgeable, super nice, what a gem.

Excellent customer service easy to locate, even called after two days to check if everything was up and running with my Mac. I would highly recommend this local company.
