Mel's Floor Sanding & Finishing

Floors were sanded very well, cleans up well. We paid more for the upgraded harder finish but had no idea how easily dented, scratched, and stained it could be. I'm not convinced that this is the best flooring option particularly if you have older hardwood floors. We are now faced with replacing a lot of hardwood only a couple years after they were refinished. Boards do not do well with even a small amount of water on surface. Forget about pets. Our family has felt like we're walking on eggshells..always wary of damaging under normal use. Mel assures me that his product is the best...but I'm less and less sure.

Very professional and polite! The work is incredible! Brought my floors back to life, they look beautiful and like new. No mess or smell with the sanding and finishing!
