Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Apparently a reservation means nothing here, booked a van days in advance, was dropped off at the location, ignored by the only person working, then informed they did not have a van for me. I needed the vehicle to drive to Calgary and pick up items left by my recently deceased Father. I had taken time off work that I can’t get back either. I am a regular customer of Enterprise but now that my weekend has been ruined and I am not able to make the trip I will no longer be, worst experience ever.

I had an amazing experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 11360 170th Street Edmonton Alberta. Jay themanager and his staff did an outstanding job taking care of my rental needs while my vehicle was being serviced at herbers auto body. Both companies make sure that you get to your destination to and from in order to initialize your service and/or your rental and when all of your business is done then they ensure you are personally driven back to where you have to be as a courtesy. I was very pleased with the services and equipment that I had received. I found the first vehicle that they had set up for me for the rental did not quite suit me and all I had to do was give a quick phone call and to my surprise they were able to get me into a vehicle more suited for my height and mobility needs with no questions asked and we're openly courteous and respectful at all times. The staff are very knowledgeable and check their equipment before each rental and the vehicles are very clean and roadworthy. I would like to thank all the staff and especially Jay the manager for my very positive experience I had at his location and would love to say thank you for taking care of me the way they did. If you ever are in need of a vehicle I highly recommend this location as this business will make sure to take care of all of you needs. Great job guys!!

Was here on July 13th trying to get truck with electric brakes, the lady at the desk had running nose whole time not even wearing a mask, not remembering her name, but this short gentleman (see photo) was so rude, not even trying to solve a problem about payment because I had problems with my visa, he literally said well

Car rental agency for renting cars for local travel or insurance loaners when ur vehicle is being repaired. One of the few places that has unlimited kms...

Professional and courteous service. I had to change my reservations several times - they worked with me.When checking it back in - there was an obvious squabble going on between two employees which wasn't good to see from a customer's perspective.

I had to rent a car due to mine being in the body shop. Max helped me and was super friendly and helpful. The car I got was great. I would use them again.
