We had a backup during the pandemic and the team handled everything for us, and followed all Covid protocol. This year we had a small backup and Josh came out. Josh is friendly, took the time to explain and show me the video feed. He answered my endless questions in a kind way and was professional from start to finish. I would 100% recommend the Discount Drain team in London!

We just bought a house and we were slammed with HUGE issues with our septic and weeping bed. We were having our septic emptied every 3-4 weeks. Other plumbers (2) were telling us the tank was too small for our house and that the weeping bed was full of tree roots. They said there was no use trying to fix it and that we were going ro have to replace the WHOLE system ($30,000-$50,000). After just buying a house, this was not in the budget. We decided to ignore everyone and try to fix the problem. We called discount drain and discussed what we wanted, we got a quote and out they came. They were only there 10 minutes and found a blockage. All it took was a little push from the camera to push through the blockage (WHOOSH the septic emptied) and just like that, everything was fixed. They were at our house for 20 min. That is all it took so solve what other plumbers were saying would cost us thousands. They knew the whole situation before they started. They could have told us the same thing as all the others, but they didn't. They will now always be my first call. I would highly recommend this company

I had some water backing up from my floor drain and called Discount drain to open a service call, received a call back promptly and was offered emergency or next day service. This morning they came and we're able to clear the obstructions in my drain pipe as well as run the Camera to confirm no significant issues I need to worry about. Very polite and professional, and reasonably priced. Great customer service experience.

They knocked my fence post off with their bobcat. Promised to fix it and never did. Manager came said he will tell the person who did it to come and fix it. Never. Call them and left a message with the reception, no reply. Don't use this company if you care about the safety of your family.

Thank you Discount Drain! We had a flood in our basement and had called a few plumbers. The plumbers were slow to get back to us or not return call at all. We called Discount Drain, and they were at our house the same day! Within a week, they had found the problem, and made the repair. They did exactly what they said they would, everyone who showed up was wonderful! I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I had a big root problem in my sewer line, I called Discount Drain to take a look at it and then I called them to cancel because another plumbing company I called before Discount Drain was holding our money hostage. Ted was so nice and asked me to not worry, he said that he will come take a look at it without charging me anything. He inspected the sewer line and explained the whole problem to me. It ended up being a dig repair plus lining the rest of the sewer line. What's better is that the quote I was given was 1/4th of the other company. The job was done so quickly and it cost me significantly less than what I was quoted before, Ted and all the other guys I spoke to were very professional, on time and over delivered on their promises.
